1. Description
Herewith we are submitting document to get approval for Tokyo Super Mix
Batching Plant- Negombo for temperature control concrete.

2. Mix design data sheet

Proposed mix design data sheet for G35 with thermal control concrete is
attached herewith. Below is important points of proposed mix design.

3. Trial Mix
Trial mix was done on 10th Sep 2016 in Super mix bathing plant and cube test also done
to check three days strength. Following are observation and results from trial mix.
a. Temperature at fresh concrete just after batching
18.90C
b. Temperature at fresh concrete after 4 hrs
- 250C
c. Average strength of test cube for 3 days test
- 20 N/mm2
Above results are witnessed by Consultant representative also.

Fly Ash.
