Mindfulness is a concept which enables a person to relax his mind and alleviate

stresses using meditation techniques and is sought by many MNCs, like Google
and Apple.

Critiques say that research done by many American faculties in the universities
does not yield much benefit to to people, owing to which the downsizing of
university faculty would make the fees more affordable, but the faculties offer
invaluable support to the students for designing their future.

Current researches claim that there exists a relationship between sports and
educational performance of students, well as with their decision making ability;
students' academic performance ameliorates or at least remains at par with
increased performance in physical activities, although such researches are being
criticised for not using participants at random.

These days, there is an on-going debate between people regarding whether it is

a right thing for some countries to formulate policies to control population which
restrict the number of children a family can have. While it can be claimed that
this will have an immediate effect in population control and would be evident
within a decade or so, in my view these policies have far more disadvantages
which outweigh the advantages.

To begin with, there are myriad of arguments which support my stance. One of
the major reason why sych policies are unjust is that they interfere in the
personal family decisions of parents. Moreover, if the parents have only one child
and she passes away at an an older age, when her mother is unable to bear
another child, then thse parents are left child-less for the rest of their life. In
addition to it, such children tend to be more gloomy as they have no siblings to
share their emotions and play with. The parents in such cases are over
protective, which, sometimes, hinders the bold attitude of the child. On top of all,
these policies give rise to as well as promote unethical and illegitimate cultures
of having male children. FOr example, in China, people prefer to have male
children over females due to cultural and safety reasons, and implementation of
such policies greatly disturbs the sex ration of that country.

On the flip side, those who advocate for implementation of such policies for
population control have a different perspective and claim that it poses more

advantages. Firstly, it will control the population and will ameliorate the living
conditions of the masses and it will be easy for the government to manage the
development. Secondly, it will alleviate the strain on the supply lines of the basic
commodities.

While there are strong arguments on both sides of the case, in my view it is not
good to and is not a right thing to interfere.
