Grammar Summary
The Present Perfect can be used with already, yet and just.
Yet is used with questions and negatives:
Example:

Have you finished your homework yet?


No, I havent done it yet.

Yet usually occurs at the end of the sentence.


Already is not used in questions or in negative sentences.
Example:

Do you want to see the new Lord of the Rings film this evening?
No, Ive already seen it.

Already occurs between the auxiliary verb have and the past participle.
Just occurs in the same position as already and means a very short time ago.
Example:

Ive just had an idea!
