SHOW CAUSE NOTICE-CUM-SUSPENSION ORDER
Ref: Your letter no. Nil dated 13th Nov 2013, in respect of the above subject.
Please refer the letter quoted above; asking a reply to the show cause notice cum
suspension order received through post only on 22 nd Nov 2013 at 1700Hrs, hereby I want to submit
the following comments for your consideration.
The charges framed against me vide your letter are not true and I hereby deny the charges,
and request your kind office that I may be provided with an opportunity to establish my honesty
and disprove the alleged charges leveled against me.
I am working in your company around last 10 years and I never had let down my as well as
companys reputation. I have utilized my best skill and dedicated handwork for the growth of our
company.
Prima facie, I want to comment on the para 1 of your letter that it was a work allotted to me
to bring grease of quantity as per your requirement from the trader/dealer as only preferred and
customary by you / Company. I am being only a Jr. Technician-Helper, it was never been my
prerogative to choose the said dealer / trader. On the day of alleged incident Shri. Santosh Koli
had handed over Rs. 6000/- for procurement of 50 KG grease from M/s Jalaram Oil Depot
(Panvel), it was procured and the balance Rs. 500/- had been returned to Shri. Santosh Koli. To
obtain Challan with VAT (12.5%) or a regular bill without VAT against the purchase is purely
requirement of the concerned procurement dept. of our company (Which must be very realistic and
specific) and my role and responsibility in whole business is to only carry manual labor to pick up
the material to company office /store. It is very much required to investigate the actual deal in / fact
in selection of vendor/trader/dealer, its technical and price negotiation of the item, also for a
regular customer like our company as to why the original challan was not provided by the M/s
Jalaram which lead the alleged mismanagement in procurement of the 50 KG grease.
Further I want to state that you have not followed the proper procedure of disciplinary
proceedings of the alleged incident and the charges as per existing norms of the law (I may be
provided with the rules / act you have referred), you along with Shri. Sunil Khade, Shri. Shrikant
Pawar and Shri. Laxman Ghadge (HR Manager) has manhandled, threatened and tortured me, on
01st Nov 2013 1500Hrs, when I was called in the Office of our Company in presence of Madam
Arrora, also you have detained me in the room and kept confiscated which is very unfortunate and
serious act of taking law in hand, and is against the natural justice and Laws of land. You all have
forcefully taken my signatures on blank papers to misuse it in future which is illegal. Therefore I
have submitted a police complaint of above incident in the concern police station.

-2In view of above it is requested to order a detailed inquiry / investigation to find out the
culprits in our company, who are not working for the growth and indulge the reputation of our
company. I shall extend all kind of support in the same to bring the truth in front of investigation. It
is highly solicited to believe in law and award natural justice to me so as to exonerate me from the
alleged charges.
