With respect to above subject I am herewith sending the report of routine
maintenance works carried out at 66/11KV MUSS Iggaluru under T.K.Halli Division from
July-2015 to January-2016.

Description of works
Cleaned the Battery charger and battery sets is cleaned and applied
petroleum jelly to battery terminals and tightened the bolts and nuts for
proper connections
Control room and 66KV C&R panels cleaned
F1-feeder R-phase CT bolts and nuts replaced.
F8 feeder y-phase GOS maintenance work carried out.
F7-Maregowdanadoddi feeder GOS maintainance work carried out from
BESCOM authorities.
Description of works
Control room and 66KV C&R panels cleaned
Cleaned the Battery charger and battery sets is cleaned and applied
petroleum jelly to battery terminals and tightened the bolts and nuts for
proper connections
Bank-1 R-phase Bus bar jump replaced with suitable clamps.
F9-Nidagodi and F8-C.B.Doddi feeders 11KV GOS maintenance
F3 and F6 Switchgear serviced during Load shedding period
F2 feeder Y-phase GOS jump replaced.

Description of works

F1 feeder R-phase and Y-phase GOS jump replaced with suitable bolts an
nuts.
Control room and 66KV C&R panels cleaned
F4 and F8 feeder R-phase jump replaced with PG clamps
F2 feeder R-phase pothead PG clamp replaced.
F6 B-phase GOS jump replaced.
11KV bank 1 B-phase CT bolts and nuts replaced.
F6, F2, F8 and F9 feeders GOS maintenance works carried out.

F1 feeder Y-phase Jumps replaced with bolts and nuts
F7 feeder Y-phase GOS PG clamps replaced
Tr-1 painting work carried out from firm M/s.Sri.Ranganatha Electricals.
66KV side Marshelling boxes, Isolators operating box and CT bodys
painting works carried out.
F7 feeder R-phase GOS PG clamps replaced
