Effective communication

Introduction
In that report I talk about ways of improving
communication skills in any place such work or the
organization or the public place also I talk about personal
relationship. I can to become effective person and I can to
get more friends if I know how to communicate with other
people by clearly and effectively with others such my staff
in organization, my kids and I learn to build trust and
respect with other people .the successful communication
is based on the right understanding between two parts
and try to understand the emotion and using the language
body to exchanging information.1

By other words I can to say that effective communication


such as two lines or two way street so in the first way, it is
received and understand the massage by good listen to
get the full meaning after that I use the second way to
give feedback and send the message for other person and

Skills of effective communication


Skills of effective communication include and contain set
of engaged listening, nonverbal communication and
control or adjust stress.
In the same time the person has ability to communicate
assertively and try to recognize own emotion and use art
of motivation for other part.
Benefits of effective communication
Effective communications provides and introduce all ways
of connections between people and improve the
relationship for teamwork and help the management to
decision making by taking the right decision ,also
effective communication help for problem solving by

removing negatives and removing all difficult messages


which lead to conflict.
Effective communication need for time to develop and
improve the skills of person, also need to training to gain
all these skills by practice in the life and practice in the
organization and need for speech that is read.
Manage and control the stress is very important to ensure
and success the effective communication and learn to
listen good .2

Conclusion
the factors which lead to decreasing effective
communication is very important to know these factors
.so There are some factors cause lack of effective
communication such as Stress and out of controls send
confusing signals and lead to lapse into unhealthy kneejerk patterns for this behavior. so person who apply

stress and take a moment to calm down before starting
and continuing a conversation . There is other factor such
as lack of focus so the person must be train about focus
and concentrate with other part and try to remove
negative body language. and I can to become effective

with others such my staff in organization, my kids and I
learn to build trust and respect with other people .the
