Baskervills Managing Director for Metro DC, Lewis J. Goetz, FAIA, FIIDA, has more than 40 years of experience
in corporate, association, and cultural clients. Past clients include NASA, the Department of Commerce, Foley &
Lardner, and many more. He coordinates a team of highly skilled architects driven by a commitment to exceptional design and a strong focus on achieving client objectives.

Design Principal Burt Pinnock, AIA, brings a global perspective to his work in Virginia, the place he has called
home since 1992. Since arriving, Burt has become a powerful voice for creative, compelling, and responsible design in Virginias landscape, serving for periods on the City of Richmonds Urban Design Committee, Commission
for Architectural Review, 1708 Gallerys Board of Directors, the Richmond Renaissance Advisory Committee, and
Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanitys Construction Advisory Committee. Today, Burt lends his talents to
Virginias Art and Architectural Review Board.
With his powerful combination of passion, talent, and personality, it is no surprise that his work has drawn praise
from numerous sources over the years, including a Virginia AIA Distinguished Honor Award in 2013. Beyond

Tri-Tek specializes in all facets of land planning and development engineering for private developers,
municipal and instutional clients, surveying and environmental assessments, and permitting and
the Town of Herndon. Tri-Tek prides itself in executing quality work through planning, extensive
preparation and attention to detail.

Provided engineering and surveying services for the Herndon Commerce Center, at 25,200 square foot
mixed-use building.

Provided extensive survey and engineering design for street/sidewalk design work for the Town of ViennaHerndon in multiple projects.
Provided engineering and surveying services for the Kingstowne Towne Center, a two million square foot
retail center on a 44-acre site.
Provided engineering services for a 9,300 SF of new operations space for the Prince William County Safety
Centers emergency response team on a 32-acre county government complex.
Provided engineering services for the slope stabilization and new construction for a 70,000 sf dormitory
building on the Gallaudet Campus, Washington DC.
Provided services for the rezoning, surveying and engineering for a 34 unit townhouse community in the

Tri-Tek has performed work for Virginia public entity clients such as the Town of Herndon, Hamilton and Vienna,
Fairfax and Prince William County, Fairfax and Loudoun County public schools, and the Virginia Department of
Transportation. Tri-Tek recently won and is actively engaged in a 1-year renewable for 5 years Open End Engineering Service contract with George Mason University.

manager with Capital Realty Management Group. Ms. Hill is a graduate of University of Maryland, with a Bachelor of Science in Business. Ms. Hill is a designated RPA and has earned her
