Job Summary
Proficient in Program management and Business Process management for running successful process
operations of a 500 mn business
Roles & Responsibility
Providing support in program management for a line of business worth USD 0.5 billion revenue
per annum with over 150+ customers & 10K+ headcount
Interfacing with key internal stakeholders as a member of Presidents Office such as EVPs,
SDUHs, DUHs in performance review
Using financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts for performing various analysis including
trend and variance analysis on key performance parameters margin, utilization, realization,
B.mix etc.
Analysing large data sets to facilitate management reporting, developing trend reports and
interpreting & communicating results of data analysis
Implementing solutions that effectively resolve problems or provide improvement for Service
Delivery Units
Leading Business Management & Operations and implementing process consulting initiatives
Working closely with cross-functional teams for devising new parameter; evaluating internal
control systems / procedures and recommending changes in framework for increasing
operational efficiency
Participating in the annual budgeting and forecasting process; conducting the performance
review, preparing scorecard of units and suggesting measures for improvement
Partnering with major stakeholders, conducting audit and performance reviews; preparing audit
reports with a view to highlight the shortcomings
MBA Specialization preferred
Operations/IT/Finance
Skill Sets required
Program Management, Financial Analysis, Operational excellence and Presentation skills
Compensation offered (CTC)
9 LPA to 13 LPA based upon the relevant work experience prior to MBA/PGDM
