We are going to hold a presentation after school for the AP Biology and
Chemistry students of Clements High school to attend for extra credit. We
will book the lecture hall as soon as possible to hold the presentation. We will
limit the number of attendees using signup genius. We will confirm our

presentation plan with the science teachers to ensure that it aligns with the
lesson plan. In addition, we will run through our presentations with our
mentors to check for factual accuracy. We are also going to create a
powerpoint as visual aid for the presentation. They will be completing an
assessment based off the presentation, and extra credit will be sufficiently
awarded based on the effort shown. We will also give the attendees an
evaluation form for the quality of our presentation.
