COUNTER-AFFIDAVIT
I, EMMA GALANG, Filipino, of legal age, married, with
postal address at MEDILIFE PHARMA INC., Room 501 West
City Plaza Building, No. 66 West Avenue, Quezon City, where
I can be served with summons, notices, orders and other
legal processes of this Honorable Office, after having been
duly sworn in accordance to law, hereby deposes and states
that:
1. I am the same person who is charged with the crime
of VIOLATION OF B.P. 22 pending before the Office of
the Prosecutor, Ground Floor, Justice Hall, Malinta,
Valenzuela City docketed under XV-17-INV-16F-557.
2. I vehemently deny all the allegations in the
Complaint-Affidavit of GERTRUDES C. MENESES;
3. The truth of the matter is hereto stated in the
following manner, to wit:
While there was an existing obligation worth
PHP 14,385.00 as of 29 July 2014 in the beginning,
I was able to inform MS. EVELYN DA-ANOY, the
Supervisor of Seven Sphere Enterprises and one
staff therein, named JORDIN, that instead of paying
through checks, I would pay my pre-existing
obligation IN CASH. Both of them acceded to my
request and I had absolutely no reason to doubt
their representations. Thus, the following schedule of
payments was made:

Sphere Enterprises, with whom I have consistently

been directing all my payments every time I made
sales pursuant to our Independent Consignee
Undertaking;
4. Considering that that payments were already made,
there should only be a balance of PHP 3,891.00;
5. I am willing to settle the amount of PHP 3,891.00
in CASH within five (5) days or within a reasonable
period duly prescribed by the Office of the
Prosecutor; and
6. I am executing this counter affidavit to attest to the
truth of the foregoing statement and to support the
dismissal of the case filed against me.
