Narator : One day, someone swimming in the kute beach and her leg suddenly crapms. She
cant swimming again, and eventually drowned. Fortunately, there is someone who see and
call for help.
Victim : Help me please,,,my leg is cramps!!!
Friend : (puzzled to see her friend drowned,and swam toward her. Bring her to the edge and
asking for help). Help me please, please help my friend. She was uncunscius.
Helper : Whats wrong. Relax, Im a nurse
Friend : My friend swimming up and ended drowned because of her leg are cramps.
Helper : Did she had a history of ilness?
Friend : Im not sure
Helper : I will start to check her condition.
Miss, miss, miss. Can you hear me?
Narator : Then the ners began chacking ABCD, airway : blockage of the airway due to fluid,
breathing : rr =20x/minute, circulation : irregular pulse, disability : gcs = 4, exposure : cpt = >
2 secound, there was on injury. Because there is no response from the victim and then the
nurse doing cpr.
Friend : how is my friend
Helper : your friends have to bring to the hospital, quickly
Friend : yes do the best to my friend
Narator : then the nurse call 911 for referral
Helper : hello, Im maimuna of kute beach here, there is a drowning victim but have received
first aid. Victims need an ambulace, treatment room, and a liquid RL for follow up
treatment.
Ners : well well prepare, could you please to explain the detail state of the victim?
Helper : victim drowned because of leg cramps, breathing: rr = 20x/minute, irregular pulse,
no injury
Ners : ambulance would get to you place after 15 minutes
Helper : well, come here soon, Ill wait. Thanks
Narator : setting in the treatment room hospital, and the patient was conscious
Ners : what are you feeling right now? is still hurt?

Victim : yes I feel hard to breath and my chest is painful

Ners : based on the pain scale of 1-10. 1-3 in light level, 4-7 moderate, and 8-10 in the rate of
weight. According to you, how about yours?
Victim : I think in 3 level, miss
Ners : yes miss, I will give you an information how to solve it. When it feels pain, please take
a deep breath through you nose, and remove it through your mouth.
Victim : Ok miss, I will try. thankyou
