Mundialization Clarification Resolution
WE, THE INHABITANT PEOPLE OF NOONE SOCIETY (HOLY SEE OF NUN), CLARIFY
THROUGH THIS PERTUAL RESOLUTION THAT OUR INTERGALACTIC
OMNIVERSAL SOCIETY HEREBY ESTABLISH A WORLD DOMINION & TERRITORY.

Our action means that:

We of Noone Society Clarify that our security and welfare are linked to the security and welfare of all Imperial Kingdoms, Kingdom
Countries, National City-States, communes, towns and districts of the world & planet "Ta or Gepoo", these being like ourselves today
under the menace treat of totally destructive war. We wish to work in true peace with all Imperial Kingdoms, Kingdom Countries, National
City-States, communes, towns and global districts of Nuwaupia throughout the world and to cooperate with them so as to establish a world
rule of law which will assure our common protection under the aegis of a noocratic elected and controlled world by the Intergalactic
confederal authority. We call on all Imperial Kingdoms, Kingdom Countries, National City-States, communes, towns, districts and
organizations of all kinds to join us in sending their delegates to the first World Noocratic Imperial Diet or General Assembly so as to
prepare world elections for the organization and safeguarding of world peace. We claim the right of direct election to the Peoples'
Constituent Assembly consisting of one delegate per kingdom, City-States, Commune, or Town. We request of our own government
that funds be made available from the military budget and transferred to Noone Commonwealth Fund an intercontinental world fund usable
for world elections without renouncing our attachment, duties and rights with respect to our own sovereignty, we symbolically clarify that our
territory is the boundless omniverse including but not limited to this world territory and as such is joined to the communior society as our
world. We call on all towns and districts of the global district Nuwaupia on "Gepoo" or earth to join in this resolution of solidarity - a
resolution for those who live under the present menace threats of destruction.
This resolution is being submitted for acknowledgement, communication, judicial & legal notice to the World Service Authority, who along
with the Cahors Town Council on July 3, 1949. On July 20, the newly-elected council voted 20 ayes with 7 abstentions. The next day, a
committee initiated a Referendum that resulted in 70% of the voting population responding with 59% ayes, 1% nays. Following the lead of
Cahors, many other French communities subsequently adopted their own Mundialization Charters.
For with the exercising of our self-determination, we hereby claim, demand, and enforce our reformation of our said government and
governance as the indigenous, autonomous, and autochthons beings of the boundless omniverse exercising our self-determination with full
power & right to make this claim, announcement, and conveyance to the world societies and beyond.
