5. Proposed System
5.1. System Overview
In the system that we are proposing which is Hotel Management Monitoring.
This will benefit the clients of the hotel and certainly the owner. It will make
the clients to check in or book a room by the use of our propose system. With
a few clicks they can easily reserve a room. Its hassle free. They can check
the type of rooms that the hotel offers and the available rooms. The admin
meanwhile can easily check how many rooms are left. The admin also can
monitor if there were problems happening.
5.2. Process Specification
The process starts with the customer. The customer will have the capability to
choose of which room/s and the time he wanted to book. After providing the
necessary details the program will run and assess the information provided
comparing it to the data in the database. It will notify the customer if the
booking is successful or encounter some issues. If its a success the program
will add the data in the database and it will notify the admins of the hotel and
provide them with the booking details.

5.6 Program/ Module Specifications

The program should be able to minimize the work of the customer and the
employee of the hotel. The program should be able to help the customer and
provide an easy way of booking a hotel room and adding extra services. It
will also show the customer the availability of the rooms and the time it will
become available. The transaction summary will be posted to both customer
and employees page so they could both have their copies. It will help the
employee to easily handle the transaction because the program will also
notify both the customer and the employee if theres an issue.
