DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operates a storeroom engaged in receiving, storing, checking and issuing supplies
2. Keeps records of stocks received, issued and on hand
3. Receives, counts and stores incoming supplies
4. Recommends rejection of deliveries for not meeting standards
5. Conducts semi-annual inventory of supplies and materials
6. Reports shortages and recommends disposal of damage supplies
