Managing conflict

Ill start with work based conflicts, since i consider more them more effective. Conflicts
may occur due to multiple reasons, mainly due to difference of opinions. First,
productive conflict strategy is that you understand your conflict style as well as other.
Conflicts Styles are divided into four such as competition, avoidance, collaboration,
compromise and accommodation. Since, ive mentioned work conflict, i prefer to use
the collaboration method as company win, you win. Whenever if i would run into a
problem with difference of opinion with my colleague, it is very comfortable that i work
on that with patience. First, i will definitely make sure that my co-worker/boss has
explained his/her ideas/concern as clear as possible, then i take the opportunity of
explaining my ideas. In this way, there might be possibility that i might be able to resolve
the conflict. Collaborative has definitely something to do with time as first thing , it gives
you time to relax, and you mind gets cool which might make it easy for you to think.
Lecture also states that collaboration styles used by couples are seemed to be happier.
