Please read carefully the following legally binding Licence Agreement between Flashnet and Licensee (as dened below) for the Products dened
below. By selecng the accept opon, breaking the seal on the soware package or installing, copying or otherwise using the Products, Licensee
acknowledges that Licensee has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If Licensee does not agree with
the terms of this License Agreement, then Licensee may not install or otherwise use the Products and, if applicable, must promptly return them and
the accompanying items (including ANY wrien materials and packaging) to Licensee's supplier.
If Licensee does not agree with any of the terms or condions of this Licence Agreement, Licensee is not authorised to use the Products for any
purpose whatsoever. Also, by installing, copying or otherwise using Updates and/or Upgrades from Flashnet, Licensee agrees to be bound by any
addional license terms that accompany such Updates and/or Upgrades. If Licensee does not agree to the addional license terms that accompany
such Updates and/or Upgrades, Licensee may not install, copy or use such Updates and/or Upgrades.
Where a reseller, service provider, consultant, contractor or other party downloads or otherwise provides the Products for Licensee and/or installs or
acvates the Products on Licensee's behalf prior to Licensee's use of the Products, such reseller, service provider, consultant, contractor or other
party will be deemed to be Licensee's agent acng on Licensee's behalf and Licensee will be deemed to have accepted all of the terms and
condions of this License Agreement as if Licensee had directly downloaded, installed or used the Sowares.
1. DEFINITIONS
'Documentaon' means any documentaon made available to Licensee by Flashnet (whether electronic or printed) which accompanies the
Soware.
'Licence Agreement' means this agreement.
'Licence Term' means the licence term set out in Clause 6 of this Licence Agreement.
'Soware' means any program or data le supplied to Licensee by Flashnet any Upgrades or Updates supplied to Licensee.
'Flashnet' means Flashnet Limited as licensor and/or its subsidiaries, or, as the context so applies, any of them.
'Upgrade' means any enhancement or improvement to the funconality of the Soware made available to Licensee by Flashnet at its sole discreon
from me to me but excluding any soware and/or updates marketed and licensed by Flashnet to its customers generally for a separate Fee.
'Licensee' means the Licensee and 'Licensee's' means belonging to Licensee or engaged by Licensee or otherwise pertaining to Licensee as the
context so allows, whether on a temporary basis or otherwise.
2. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP

The Soware is the exclusive property of Flashnet and its licensors. Further, Licensee hereby acknowledge and agree that the right, tle and interest
in any modicaons made by Licensee to the Soware or Documentaon, as provided for below in this Licence Agreement, is retained by Flashnet.
The Soware and the Documentaon are proprietary products of Flashnet and its licensors and are protected throughout the world by copyright and
other intellectual property rights. No licence, right or interest in Flashnet's logos, or trademarks is granted to Licensee under this Licence Agreement
and Licensee hereby agree not to remove any product idencaon or noces of proprietary restricons.
2.1 The Product may contain third party soware that Flashnet can grant sublicense to use. Flashnet grants a limited use licence, all which is
protected by copyright law and other applicable laws.
3. GRANT OF LICENCE
For other good and valuable consideraon the receipt and suciency of which is hereby acknowledged, Flashnet hereby grants to Licensee a
non-exclusive right to use the Soware for the Licence Term subject to the following provisions.
3.1 Licensee is permied to:
3.1.1 use the Soware for Licensee's internal business purpose, relang specically to the purposes described in the Documentaon and/or the
Flashnet webpage ("Licensee's Internal Business Purpose");
3.1.2 use, copy, reproduce in whole or in part, adapt and modify the Documentaon for Licensee's Internal Business Purpose only.
3.2 Licensee is not permied to:
3.2.1 use the Soware for the provision of any service for the benet of third pares unless Licensee rst acquires an applicaon service provider
licence from Flashnet;
3.2.2 modify or translate the Soware except (i) as necessary to congure the Soware using the menus, opons and tools provided for such
purposes and contained in the Soware; and (ii) in relaon to the Documentaon, except as necessary to produce and adapt manuals and/or other
documentaon for Licensee's Internal Business Purpose;
3.2.3 reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the Soware or any poron thereof except to the extent and for the express purposes authorised
by applicable law;
3.2.4 transmit or provide access to the Soware;
3.2.5 sub-license, rent, sell, lease, distribute or otherwise transfer the Soware save as provided under this Licence Agreement unless Licensee
obtain a separate licence from Flashnet for such purposes (for example, Licensee may not embed the Soware into another applicaon and then
distribute such to third pares unless Licensee rst acquires an OEM licence from Flashnet); and/or
3.2.6 use the Products in or in associaon with safety crical applicaons where the failure of the Products to perform can reasonably be expected
to result in a signicant physical injury, or in loss of property, or loss of life. Any such use is enrely at Licensee's own risk, and Licensee agrees to
hold Flashnet harmless from any and all claims or losses relang to such unauthorized use; and/or
3.2.7 use the Products for the purposes of compeng with Flashnet, including without limitaon compeve intelligence.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND INDEMNITY
4.1 THE SOFTWARES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS'. FLASHNET MAKES NO WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, UNDERTAKINGS OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE IN RELATION TO THE SOFTWARE INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR
ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OR TRADE. SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO LICENSEE AND LICENSEE MAY HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR BY
JURISDICTIONS. WITHOUT LIMITATION TO THE FOREGOING, FLASHNET DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET LICENSEE'S
REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL
BE CORRECTED.
4.2 FLASHNET DOES NOT REPRESENT THAT LICENSEE IS ENTITLED TO REMOVE ANY THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS AND DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY
RECOMMENDATIONS MADE BY FLASHNET, ITS EMPLOYEES AND SUB-CONTRACTORS IN CONNECTION WITH LICENSEE'S USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
4.3 FLASHNET DOES NOT WARRANT THAT LICENSEE IS ENTITLED TO ENCRYPT OR DECRYPT ANY THIRD PARTY INFORMATION.
4.4 LICENSEE FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT LICENSEE SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPER BACK-UP OF ALL DATA AND THAT
LICENSEE SHALL TAKE APPROPRIATE MEASURES TO PROTECT SUCH DATA. FLASHNET AND ITS THIRD PARTY LICENSORS ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR
RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER IF DATA IS LOST.
4.5 LICENSEE SHALL FULLY AND EFFECTIVELY INDEMNIFY FLASHNET FOR ANY CLAIM, ACTION, PROCEEDING, LIABILITY OR EXPENSE SUFFERED BY
FLASHNET AS A RESULT OF LICENSEE'S USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 LICENSEE USES THE SOFTWARE AT LICENSEE'S OWN RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL
FLASHNET BE LIABLE TO LICENSEE OR TO THOSE CLAIMING THROUGH LICENSEE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR
SPECIAL DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF CONTRACTS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTIONS,
LOSS OF OR CORRUPTION OF INFORMATION OR DATA HOWEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER ARISING UNDER CONTRACT OR TORT, INCLUDING
NEGLIGENCE, EVEN IF FLASHNET HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. TERM
This Licence Agreement is eecve from the Start Date and shall remain in force indenitely unless and unl Flashnet gives noce that the licence is
no longer eecve by posng details on its website URL: www.ashnet.ro. Licensee's obligaons under this Licence Agreement in respect of the
intellectual property and condenal informaon of Flashnet shall survive any expiry or terminaon of this Licence Agreement.
7. OPTIONAL DATA SHARING
Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the Products and Flashnet may directly and remotely communicate for the purposes of, without limitaon,
verifying Licensee's credenals, issuing reports and alerts such as automated support requests and alert messages, and to provide Maintenance.
If Licensee does not choose to share with and/or submit supplementary data to Flashnet, the following paragraph of this Clause 7 does not apply to
Licensee.
If Licensee chooses to share supplementary data with Flashnet and/or submit les as a result of use of the Soware, such data may contain
user-idenable data and by subming such data to Flashnet Licensee agrees that Flashnet may use any such data for its business purposes and
Licensee represents to Flashnet that Licensee has obtained all necessary permissions to share such data with Flashnet. Licensee acknowledges that
Flashnet may disclose such data if required to do so by law.
8. EXPORT CONTROL REQUIREMENTS
Licensee hereby agrees that Licensee will use, disclose and/or transport the Product in accordance with any applicable export control laws and
regulaons and will not re-export or re-transfer the Product to any desnaon subject to restricve sancons measures or trade embargoes
implemented at a naonal, regional or internaonal level without the appropriate authorizaon and that Licensee is solely responsible for fullling
any applicable governmental requirements in connecon with Licensee's use, disclosure and/or transport of the Product. Licensee agrees to
indemnify and hold Flashnet harmless from and against any claim, loss, liability or damage suered or incurred by Flashnet resulng from or related
to Licensee's violaon of this paragraph.
9. TERMINATION
Licensee may terminate this Licence Agreement at any me by destroying the Soware and all copies of it. This Licence Agreement and Licensee's
rights under it will also terminate immediately if: (i) Licensee fails to comply with any of the terms and condions of this Licence Agreement; or (ii) if
Licensee takes or suers any acon on account of debt or are insolvent. On terminaon of this Licence Agreement, Licensee must destroy the
Soware and all copies of it. Within one month aer the date of terminaon of this Licence Agreement, Licensee must supply wrien cercaon to
Flashnet of the destrucon by Licensee of the Soware and all copies of all or any part of it.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
10.1 The Soware may include condenal informaon that is secret and valuable to Flashnet and its licensors. Licensee is not entled to use or
disclose that condenal informaon other than strictly in accordance with the terms of this Licence Agreement. Flashnet reserves the right to
disclose details of the Licence Agreement to third pares for publicity and promoonal purposes and:10.1.1 Licensee expressly gives Flashnet permission to include and publish Licensee's name and logo on lists of Flashnet's customers for the
Soware; and
10.1.2 Licensee agrees that Flashnet may send emails to Licensee to provide informaon and goods and services to Licensee and to let Licensee
know about other goods and services in which Licensee may be interested.
10.1.3 If Licensee does not wish to give Flashnet permission under 10.1.1 and/or 10.1.2, Licensee must nofy Flashnet by the date no later than
seven days aer the Licence Start Date specifying which permission is not granted.
10.2 Notwithstanding the foregoing, Flashnet will only process personal informaon in accordance with the applicable Data Protecon law. Personal
informaon may be disclosed within the Flashnet group of companies.
11. GENERAL
11.1 Any reseller, distributor or dealer from whom Licensee may have purchased the Soware is not appointed or authorised by Flashnet as its
servant or agent. No such person has any authority, either express or implied, to enter into any contract or provide Licensee with any representaon,
warranty or guarantee with or to Licensee or to translate or modify this Licence Agreement in any way on behalf of Flashnet or otherwise to bind
Flashnet in any way whatsoever.
11.2 Licensee agrees that Flashnet may use any technical informaon provided by Licensee for its business purposes, including without limitaon for
product support and development.
11.3 Flashnet may amend the terms and condions of this Licence Agreement at any me by reasonable noce, including without limitaon by
posng revised terms on its website at the URL www.ashnet.ro , which amended terms and condions shall be binding upon Licensee.
11.4 Failure by Flashnet to enforce any parcular term of this Licence Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any of its rights under it.
11.5 The illegality, invalidity or unenforceability of any part of this Licence Agreement will not aect the legality, validity or enforceability of the
remainder.
11.6 This Licence Agreement constutes the enre agreement between the pares in relaon to the Soware and its licensing and supersedes any
other oral or wrien communicaons, agreements or representaons with respect to the Soware.

11.7 If there are any inconsistencies between the English language version of this Licence Agreement and any translated version, then the English
language version shall prevail.
11.8 A person who is not a party to this Licence Agreement has no right to enforce any term of this Agreement under applicable legislaon and the
pares to this Licence Agreement do not intend that any third party rights are created by this Licence Agreement.

Google Maps/Earth Addional Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Google Earth soware, accessing or using the Google Maps service (together, the "Products" or "Services"),
or accessing or using any of the content available within the Products, you agree to be bound by the following: (1) the Google Terms of Service (the
"Universal Terms"); (2) the terms found on our Legal Noces page (the "Legal Noces"); and (3) the addional terms and condions set forth below
(the "Addional Terms"). Before you connue, you should read each of these three documents, as together they form a binding agreement between
you and Google regarding your use of the Products. Collecvely, the Universal Terms, the Legal Noces, and the Addional Terms are referred to as
the "Terms".
As a condion of downloading, accessing, or using the Products, you also agree to the terms of the Google Privacy Policy.
1. Use of the Products. Google grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Google Maps service, to download and use the
Google Earth soware and service, and to access the Content (as dened below) within the Products and according to the Terms.
2. Restricons on Use. Unless you have received prior wrien authorizaon from Google (or, as applicable, from the provider of parcular Content),
you must not:
(a) copy, translate, modify, or make derivave works of the Content or any part thereof;
(b) redistribute, sublicense, rent, publish, sell, assign, lease, market, transfer, or otherwise make the Products or Content available to third pares;
(c) reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise aempt to extract the source code of the Service or any part thereof, unless this is expressly permied
or required by applicable law;
(d) use the Products in a manner that gives you or any other person access to mass downloads or bulk feeds of any Content, including but not
limited to numerical latude or longitude coordinates, imagery, and visible map data;
(e) delete, obscure, or in any manner alter any warning or link that appears in the Products or the Content; or
(f) use the Service or Content with any products, systems, or applicaons for or in connecon with (i) real me navigaon or route guidance,
including but not limited to turn-by-turn route guidance that is synchronized to the posion of a user's sensor-enabled device; or (ii) any systems or
funcons for automac or autonomous control of vehicle behavior;
(g) use the Products to create a database of places or other local lisngs informaon.
3. Appropriate Conduct; Compliance with Law and Google Policies. You agree that you are responsible for your own conduct and content while using
the Products, and for any consequences thereof. You agree to use the Products only for purposes that are proper and in accordance with the Terms
and any applicable policies or guidelines Google may make available. By way of example, and not as a limitaon, you agree that when using the
Products or the Content, you will not:
(a) defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
(b) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any inappropriate, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content;
(c) upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or other proprietary
right of any party, unless you are the owner of the rights, or have the permission of the owner or other legal juscaon to use such content;
(d) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available messages that promote pyramid schemes, chain leers, or disrupve commercial
messages or adversements;
(e) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any other content, message, or communicaon prohibited by applicable law, the Terms
or any applicable Product policies or guidelines;
(f) download any le posted by another that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner;
(g) impersonate another person or enty, or falsify or delete any author aribuons or proprietary designaons or labels of the origin or source of
Content, soware or other material;
(h) restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Products or Google services;
(i) use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval applicaon, or other device to retrieve or index any poron of the Google services or Content, or

collect informaon about users for any unauthorized purpose;


(j) submit content that falsely expresses or implies that such content is sponsored or endorsed by Google;
(k) create user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses;
(l) promote or provide instruconal informaon about illegal acvies;
(m) promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual; or
(n) transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destrucve nature.
4. Content in the Products. Google Maps and Google Earth allow you to access and view a variety of content, including but not limited to
photographic imagery, map and terrain data, business lisngs, reviews, trac, and other related informaon provided by Google, its licensors, and
its users (the "Content"). Addionally, you may choose to access other third party content made available in the Products through Google services
such as Google Gadgets. You understand and agree to the following:
(a) Map data, trac, direcons, and related Content are provided for planning purposes only. You may nd that weather condions, construcon
projects, closures, or other events may cause road condions or direcons to dier from the map results. You should exercise judgment in your use
of this Content.
(b) Certain Content is provided under license from third pares, including but not limited to TomTom Global Content BV ("TomTom"), and is subject
to copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to TomTom and/or such third pares. You may be held liable for any
unauthorized copying or disclosure of this Content. Your use of TomTom Content, including but not limited to prinng or use in markeng or
promoonal materials, is subject to addional restricons located in the Legal Noces page.
5. Addional Terms for Google Earth.
The Google Earth soware is subject to United States export controls. By using the Google Earth soware, you agree to use the soware only for
purposes that are legal, proper and in accordance with these Terms. Specically, you agree to comply with all applicable export and reexport control
laws and regulaons, including the Export Administraon Regulaons ("EAR") maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce, and trade and
economic sancons maintained by the Treasury Department's Oce of Foreign Assets Control.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY.
(a) GOOGLE AND ITS LICENSORS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TOMTOM AND ITS SUPPLIERS) MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES
REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT OR THE PRODUCTS.
(b) SUBJECT TO THE OUR WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS SECTION OF THE GOOGLE UNIVERSAL TERMS, GOOGLE AND ITS LICENSORS (INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO TOMTOM AND ITS SUPPLIERS) DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTENT AND THE PRODUCTS, AND
WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE CONTENT OR THE PRODUCTS.
7. U.S. Government Restricted Rights. If the Products are being used or accessed by or on behalf of the United States government, such use is
subject to addional terms located in the "Government End Users" secon of our Legal Noces page page.
Legal Noces for Google Maps/Google Earth and Google Maps/Google Earth APIs
The following are various legal noces that Google is obligated to provide by law and/or by contract (the "Legal Noces"). The Legal Noces are
incorporated by reference into the Google Maps/Google Earth Terms of Service and the Google Maps/Google Earth APIs Terms of Service. By using
Google Maps, Google Earth, or the Google Maps/Google Earth APIs (collecvely, the "Products"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Legal
Noces. Unless otherwise specied, capitalized terms used in these Legal Noces have the meanings described in the Google Terms of Service, the
Google Maps/Google Earth Terms of Service, and the Google Maps/Google Earth APIs Terms of Service.
1 Standards. Google Maps and Google Earth rely on widely-recognized internaonal standards for naming and mapping convenons. For example,
for country and territory naming, we rely primarily on the ISO-3166 standard, which is recognized by the UN Stascs Division.
2 U.S. Government Restricted Rights. If any Product is used or accessed by or on behalf of the United States government, such use or access is
subject to the following provision. The Products and any related documentaon are deemed "commercial computer soware" and "commercial
computer soware documentaon," respecvely, within the meaning of the applicable civilian and military Federal acquision regulaons and any
supplement thereto. If the user of the Product is an agency, department, employee, or other enty of the United States Government, the use,
duplicaon, reproducon, release, modicaon, disclosure, or transfer of the Products, including technical data, manuals or other accompanying
documentaon, is restricted by the terms, condions and covenants contained in the Google Maps/Google Earth Terms of Service and the Google

3 TomTom Licensed Content.
3.1 Restricons on Commercial Use of TomTom Licensed Content.
(a) You are not permied to print more than 5,000 copies of sales collateral materials containing a screenshot of TomTom Licensed Content for
commercial sales lead generaon ("Direct Markeng"). If you desire to do so, you must (i) enter into a Google Enterprise license agreement or (ii)
contact TomTom to obtain a direct license to do so.
(b) You are not permied to incorporate TomTom Licensed Content as a core part of printed maer (such as printed maps or guide books) that you

redistribute for a fee. If you desire to do so, you must contact TomTom to obtain a license.
(c) You are not permied to oer a batch geocoding service that uses the TomTom Licensed Content contained in any Google products or services.
3.2 Restricons on Government Use of TomTom Licensed Content. If Licensed Content provided by TomTom is used or accessed by or on behalf of
the United States government or any other enty seeking or applying rights similar to those customarily claimed by the United States government,
such use or access is subject to the following provisions:
(a) U.S. Government Limited or Restricted Rights. If you are an agency, department, or other enty of the United States Government, or funded in
whole or in part by the United States Government, then your use, duplicaon, reproducon, release, modicaon, disclosure or transfer of this
commercial product and accompanying documentaon, is restricted in accordance with the LIMITED or RESTRICTED rights as described in DFARS

1. Introduction
This document is an in depth manual for the inteliLIGHT NMSLite applicaon. This document is intended to serve as a resource for anyone who is
using the applicaon or is willing set up the components of the network, which are the Smart Server and the controllers.

This document provides detailed informaon on using the inteliLIGHT NMSLite applicaon. The following secons are included in this manual:

2. Smart Server Coniguration


This secon provides an introducon to the inteliLIGHT NMSLite Conguraon interface. Before using the inteliLIGHT NMSLite soware you will
need to congure your Echelon iLon SmartServer using the Conguraon applicaon.

2.1 Connecting the iLon SmartServer to your computer


2.1.1 Preparing the iLon SmartServer

In order to connect the iLon SmartServer to your computer you will need to make sure that the SmartServer is congured with factory default
sengs or make sure that you know the IP of the SmartServer. However due to all the sengs SmartServers have we advise you to use one that
comes with factory defaults.
More info on how to set your SmartServer to factory defaults, can be found in the FAQ chapter of this manual.
2.1.2 Preparing your computer

In order to prepare your computer, go to your Network Adapters sengs which can be found in Network Connecon / Your Ethernet Adapter /
Properes / Internet Protocol Version 4 and set you IP and Subnet mask according to the following model:
IP address: 192.168.1.xxx (in case of factory default configured SmartServer)
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Once both your SmartServer and computer are congured correctly you will be able to connect to the SmartServer via the NMSLite.
2.1.3 Connecting to the iLon SmartServer via NMSLite - SS Coniguration menu

This is the login tab to the Conguraon interface and it allows you to connect to your iLon SmartServer via NMSLite.
Parameters:
IP address: the IP address of the SmartServer, by default this is 192.168.1.222.

Port: the port used to connect to the SmartServer, by default this is 80.
User: username, by default this is ilon.
Password: password, by default this is ilon.

2.2 SS Coniguration interface


The conguraon interface consist of six tabs as described below:
Connecon & Security: Connecon and security parameters to your iLon SmartServer.
Modem: Modem sengs can be set here.
Time: Time server, mezone, localizaon sengs can be set here
Schedule: Adding, eding, deleng Schedule entries.
Power line: SmartServer parameters can be set here.
iLon Applicaon: iLon AppInternal, Funconal blocks, templates can be set here.

The Connecon & security sengs contains connecvity data to your SmartServer.

3. Setup Building your network with NMSLite


SHORT INFO:
THIS CHAPTER CONTAINS INFORMATION ON HOW TO SET UP YOUR INTELILIGHT NMSLITE APPLICATION.

This chapter contains useful informaon on how to set up your inteliLIGHT NMSLite applicaon to be able to control your lighng networks
components, the SmartServer and controllers. We assume that you have already completed the conguraon of your equipment, described in the
previous chapter.

3.1 SmartServer
The inteliLIGHT NMSLite applicaon can control up to 5 SmartServers, if your project exceeds this limit, please contact Flashnet to discuss the
benets of our commercial soluon.
Within the inteliLIGHT NMSLite applicaon you are able to add, edit and remove SmartServers from you system.
3.1.1 Adding a SmartServer

In order to add a SmartServer click on the Add smart server buon on the top le part of the screen and ll in the following informaon.
Parameters:
Name: A name of your choosing.
IP address: Smart servers IP address.
Port: Port
Username: Smart servers user name.
Password: Smart servers password.
GPS Lat: Latude used on the network map.
GPS Long: Longitude used on the network map.
Pulse counter (KW / h):
Pulse counter dif (W):
Relay state: Smart Server built in contactor ON / OFF.
Notes: User dened notes.

Notes:
Once you ll in all needed informaon click the Save buon. Your SmartServer icon will be blue at this point.
The GPS coordinates are oponal, they can be set later for both the smart server and the controllers with simple drag and drop operaons by
entering GPS Posioning mode.
3.1.2 Registering a SmartServer on your network

Once you added the SmartServer you can register it by right clicking it and then selecng the Register feature. In case of success the Smart Server
registered successfully! Press OK to inialize message will appear and aer imporng the data from it, the SmartServer icon will turn green.
In case of failure make sure you check all parameters described in 3.1.1 Adding a SmartServer.
3.1.3 Editing a SmartServer

In order to enable eding, select the desired SmartServer from the tree structure on your le side of the screen and then click the Edit buon on
the top right part of your screen. You will be able to modify all the parameters describe in 3.1.1 Adding a SmartServer.

3.2 Commissioning of controllers

CONTROLLER COMMISSIONING

In order to commission controllers make sure you have added devices to your network using the Conguraon applicaon as described in 2.2.5
Funconal sengs tab.
You will also have to set the Context for the selected device. You can do this from the Sengs / Smart Server Sengs page.
Once this has been done follow the below instruccons:

Select an unused device by expanding the tree structure of the selected SmartServer.
Click on the Neuron ID checkbox on the right side of your screen.
Fill in the Neuron ID eld, make sure you enter the correct value.
Click on the Install buon.

Aer a successful commissioning you should be able to operate your device.

3.3 Schedules
SHORT INFO:
SCHEDULE ADMINISTRATION

There are two types of schedules, one for the controllers called Lamp scheduling and another one for the SmartServer called Output scheduling.
There are also two groups of schedules based on the days of the week, one for the weekdays and another one for the weekends. By default
Weekday consists of the days from Monday unl Friday and Weekend consists of Saturday and Sunday, but these groups are customizable in the
Conguraon applicaon, as described in 2.2.5 Funconal sengs tab.
The hierarchical structure of a Schedule is built on three levels:
ex. Lamp scheduling / Daily / Event 1, 2, N.
The Events have dierent parameters based on their rst parameter named Absolute me which can have two values: Yes / No
1. Absolute me Yes
Parameters:
Exact time: Starng me for the desired acon.
Action: Selecon from Lamp on, Lamp o, Lamp dimming 50% - 90%.
2. Absolute me No
Parameters:
Offset: Oset value according to the When? parameter.
When?: Starng me for the desired acon.
What?: Sunrise or Sunset.
Action: Selecon from Lamp on, Lamp o, Lamp dimming 50% - 90%.
Actual time: Automac value based on the above.

3.3.1 Lamp scheduling

This is the schedule for the controllers or lamps. You can create as many events as you want in any of the two main groups Weekday and
Weekend. (to be expanded example)
3.3.2 Output scheduling

This is the schedule for the contactor found in the SmartServer. (to be expanded more info on the contactor)
3.3.3 Adding, editing and removing Events

You can create as many Events as you want for both Lamp and Output groups. In order to do this right click the desired Weekday or
Weekend selecon and click Add event.
Once your new event has been created simply ll in the parameters described in 3.3 Schedules.
In order to edit and event, select it on the le side of your screen and simply overwrite the values in the Event properes selecon.
Deleng an event can be done by right clicking it and selecng the Remove event opon.

3.4 GPS coordinates


GPS coordinates, latude and longitude are being used for displaying both controllers and SmartServer on your network map.
The operaon for adding, eding or removing the coordinates are the same for both SmartServers and controllers.
3.4.1 Displaying your devices on the network map

Both your SmartServers and controllers can be set on your network map, by a simple drag and drop operaon. To do so, follow the instrucons
below:

Enable GPS posioning by clicking the GPS posioning buon on your network map.
Select a controller or SmartServer from your tree structure, right click it and select Set GPS coordinates.
Le click the network map exactly where you would like the selected device to be posioned.
Keep in mind that you can set, edit GPS coordinates for as many devices as you want.
Click the Save buon to save your changes.

The same operaon should be done for eding the coordinates.


3.4.2 Removing devices from the network map

To remove a device from the network map do the following steps:

Enable GPS posioning by clicking the GPS posioning buon on your network map.
Select a controller or SmartServer from your tree structure, right click it and select Unset GPS coordinates.
Keep in mind that you can set, edit GPS coordinates for as many devices as you want.
Click the Save buon to save your changes.

3.4.3 Importing GPS coordinates

Since the Latude and Longitude parameters of the controllers are stored on the SmartServer, it is possible to import and export them from, to a CSV
le.
The used CSV le has a simple structure of three columns: Device Name, Latude, Longitude.
To import coordinates follow the below instrucons:

Go to the Sengs / Smart Server Sengs menu.


Select the desired SmartServer from the table.
Select Browse at the Import GPS coordinates opon.
Browse for your CSV le and click Open.

3.4.4 Exporting GPS coordinates

The coordinates of your devices are stored on your SmartServer and can be exported to a CSV le, that has a simple structure of three columns:
Device Name, Latude, Longitude.
To export your controllers coordinates to a CSV le follow the steps below:

3.5 Settings
The Sengs menu is divided in three parts: General Sengs, Smart Server Sengs and Funconal Sengs.
3.5.1 General Settings

In order to access the General Sengs, click on the Sengs and then click on General Sengs in the main menu.
Parameters:
Start maximized: by checking this seng, the NMSLite applicaon will start maximized.
Refresh interval (seconds): interval for querying the smartserver. It is recommended to not use a very small value
(seconds).
Show icon for modules with no GPS coordinates: displays a blue dot icon for the devices without GPS coordinates.
In order to make the modicaon eecve, dont forget to click on the Save buon.
3.5.2 Smart Server Settings

In order to access the Smart Server Sengs, go to Sengs and then click on Smart Server Sengs in the main menu.
This page shows all your registered Smart Servers together with their devices and allows you to congure the devices according to the Context
templates found in the Funconal Sengs menu. In order to operate, each Device needs to have an assigned Context. For more informaon
about Context refer to Chapter 3.5.3 Funconal Sengs.
Registered smart servers
This table shows all the Smart Servers you have registered with your account and gives you the possibility to unregister them.
Parameters:
IP/host: Smart Server's IP address.
Port: Port
Unique ID: Smart Server's MAC Address
Name: User dened name
Notes: User dened notes
Operation: Oers the possibility of Unregistering the selected Smart Server
In use: Yes / No
Available modules

This table shows all the devices that have been added to the selected Smart Servers.
It also oers the possibility to set / remove the funconal "Context" of each controller. For more informaon about Context refer to Chapter 3.5.3

Adding devices - Creang slots
To create devices on you Smart Server, ll in the "From" and "To" elds then press Create.
This will create "empty" devices named with "L" and an order number, based on your selecon. For example if you would like to operate 10
controllers, use "1" and "10" as input. This will create L-001 up to L-010.
Parameters:
From: First device being created
To: Last device being created
Removing devices - Removing slots
In order to remove devices, make a selecon in the "Available modules" table then click "Remove".
Imporng GPS coordinates
Parameters:
Import GPS coordinates: as described in 3.4.2 Imporng GPS coordinates
Export GPS coordinates: as described in 3.4.2 Exporng GPS coordinates
In order to make the modicaon eecve, dont forget to click on the Save buon.

3.5.3 Functional Settings

In order to access the Funconal Sengs, go to Sengs and then click on Funconal Sengs in the main menu..
In this page you can Add / Delete / Edit contexts. A context is a template which denes the way a controller operates. It should contain On, O and
supported Dimming levels (if supported) for the controllers they are assigned to. NMSLite comes with a few pre-dened Contexts, but it also oers
you the posibility of creang new ones.
Parameters:
Code: Context name
Description: Context description
Driver: Currently suported are Flashnet 1.0 (FPM-150 and FPM-400 controllers), Flashnet 2.0
(FPM-402 controller), Flashnet 3.0 (FPX-220 and FPE-220 controllers), OLC (Echelon controller)
Module type: Lamp / Main contactor / Backup contactor
Turn on: Turn on value
Turn off: Turn off value
Dimming values: dimming values. Always make sure that your lamp supports dimming. Improper
usage may damage your devices.

4. Usage How to operate with NMSLite

THIS CHAPTER CONTAINS INFORMATION ON HOW TO USE THE INTELILIGHT NMSLITE APPLICATION.

This chapter contains useful informaon on how to use the inteliLIGHT NMSLite applicaon. We assume that you have already completed the
conguraon of your equipment, described in 2. Conguraon and also set up your network according to 3. Setup Building your network with
NMSLite.

4.1 Logging in and out


Before logging in to the inteliLIGHT NMSLite applicaon you have to make sure that you have a valid username and password. For more informaon
regarding the user management please consult 2.3 NMSLite Username and Password retrieval. Without a proper username and password you wont
be able to access the NMSLite applicaon.
1. The NMSLite is a standalone applicaon wrien in Java, so in order to run it requires JRE installed on your system. You can download
JRE from: www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html
2. On the login screen, enter an inteliLIGHT NMSLite applicaon username and password.
3. On successful login you will be taken to the inteliLIGHT NMSLite applicaons home page.
Note
Please make sure that your username and password is and remains condenal.

4.4 Operating the SmartServers


Before being able to operate a SmartServer, make sure you have installed one successfully as described in 3.1.1 Adding a SmartServer.
When right clicking a registered SmartServer in normal mode (not in GPS Posioning mode), you will have the following opons:
Refresh lamps: refresh the status of all lamps by reading all controllers belonging to the selected SmartServer.
All lamps on: turns all lamps on.
All lamps off: turns all lamps o.
Dimming: sets all lamps to the selected dimming percentage.
Filter: lamp lter based on the selecons below. (All, Errors, no Errors, Alerts, no Alerts, Commissioned, Uncommissioned,
Occupied slots, Unoccupied slots.)
Unregister: unregisters the SmartServer. This acon requires connecon to a FlashNet server.
Remove: delete the SmartServer from the NMSLite applicaon.
While in GPS Posioning mode you have the following opons:
Move to (only in GPS positioning mode): will set focus on the SmartServer and also adjust the network map to
display the selected SmartServer.
Set GPS coordinates (only in GPS positioning mode): sets GPS coordinates to the selected SmartServer. By
doing this, the SmartServer will be shown on the network map at the dened coordinates.
Unset GPS coordinates (only in GPS positioning mode): Removes the SmartServers coordinates. This will
remove the SmartServer from the network map.

4.5 Operating the lamps


In order to operate lamps you must make sure you have managed to commission the controllers as described in 3.2 Commissioning of controllers.
When right clicking a controller (lamp) in normal mode (not in GPS Posioning mode), you can have the following opons:

Refresh lamp: will refresh the status of the selected lamp by reading its controller via SmartServer.
Lamp on: turns the lamp on.
Lamp off: turns the lamp o.
Dimming: sets the lamp to the selected dimming percentage.
Zoom to location: sets focus on the lamp if the GPS coordinates are set.
While in GPS Posioning mode you have the following opons:
Move to (only in GPS positioning mode): will set focus on the lamp and also adjust the network map to display the
selected lamp.
Set GPS coordinates (only in GPS positioning mode): sets GPS coordinates to the selected lamp. By doing this,
the lamp will be shown on the network map at the dened coordinates.
Unset GPS coordinates (only in GPS positioning mode): Removes the lamps coordinates. This will remove the
lamp from the network map.
