The Company:
Automated Parking Corporation [APC Corp.] is a company incorporated in Florida and
Puerto Rico. Our purpose is to provide parking solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
To that effect, we have a variety of parking solutions to fit most every need, from low volume parking to high volume capacity.
Our mission is to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to solve any parking
needs. We utilize the best available technology in the market and can customize the
parking equipment with a variety of exterior faade designs to fit the locale and neighborhood appearance. Our goal is to develop an efficient design to fit our clients needs,
maximizing function, reducing investment costs, and benefiting the environment. Our
parking systems will enhance the surroundings by utilizing the available space in a more
resourceful manner. This results in less electrical use, provides more space for green areas
and reduces carbon emissions from vehicles.
APC Corp and its President, Marcos Radonic, is one of the founding members of AMPA,
Automated and Mechanical Parking Association, devoted to evolve and facilitate the
growth of the automated parking industry overall
The use of automated parking is commonplace in Asia, and other large cities in Europe. In
the United States, its application is just beginning to bud. Our objective is to provide our
clients and investors with a reliable, lucrative and meaningful product that will change the
concept of parking in our cities.

Studies performed by the EPA show that an automated parking system with the equivalent capacity of a 500 car garage will save over 6000 gallons of gasoline per year.
