Remarks:
1. Wall Tiles are on hold at Shower area to give way to MJ Aluminum prior to glass partition installation.
2. Cannot close rooms at 4th and 5th Floor Rooms due to ongoing construction of MEPF.
3. As per managements meeting (Engr. Caloy) , all rooms will board up on 4 th Floor on January 20, 2017
and 5th Floor on Janaury 30, 2017.
4. Some rooms @ 4th floor and 5th floor cant install floor tiles due to unfinished waterproofing and concrete
topping.
5. Other Owner Supplied Materials are not yet delivered.
6. Insulation Installation @ 5th floor is on hold due to unfinished waterproofing at roof deck.
