Brake Release problem

1. The problem is that brake circuit latch relay system is not working: you can release
the park brake but you need to hold brake button pulled.
2. To resolve this problem You need:
to start the engin and check hydraulic system pressures: brake accumulator
pressure and charging system, gear box pressure.
IF PRESSURES ARE OK,
to check circuit and components you can find on the page 10 of electrical
drawing.
Conditions to park brake release and latching relays :
1. Cabin door closed
2. Engine running, oil pressure minimum 0,5 Bar
3. Gear box pressure minimum 10 Bar
4. Brake accumulator pressure minimum 120 Bar
5. Brake Button pulled out in third position

Brake latch relay problem

1. Open the dash board and check:

Cables and connections of park brake button contacts.

Check if brake button contacts have +24V from fuse F06 10 A
Take out and check cables and connectors of relays Boch (5 pins), see
pictures here after. Check relays K001, K040
relay K001 is brake latching relay
relay K040 get signal from engin oil pressure switch S405
2. Open the door at front side of hydraulic tank and check:
Nautilus : Brake Accummuator press switch S348 contact NO (pressure setting
110 Bar).
3. On the top of the gear box you will find and check :
Nautilus : Gear box Pressure switch S316 contact NO (pressure setting 10 Bar)
4. Safety option Door Open Park Brake applied needs to be checked also.
