TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting a booking application you agree to the following booking terms and
conditions (also available via the website):
Booking Confirmation: Your booking can only be confirmed once we have received a
completed care passport, consent form, and medical profile, as well as payment in full.
Confirmation will be sent via email.
Payment: Payment, in full, must be received along with your booking application. Your
place cannot be confirmed until full payment is received.
Person Details: It is your responsibility to ensure we hold up to date information on
your young person, with care passports and medical profiles kept up to date.
Cancellation By You: Bookings may be cancelled with full refund up until the booking
deadline date (as shown on the holiday brochure). All bookings cancelled beyond this
date will not be refunded. Not arriving on the Adventure Day you have booked in for

Cancellation By Us: In exceptional circumstances and if insufficient bookings are made,
it may be necessary for us to make major changes to the programme or cancel your
booking once confirmed. This will only be done in consultation with you, and a full
refund will be offered. We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to inappropriate
behaviour and due to alcohol and substance use. In this case, payment will be retained.
Young Person Numbers: There is a limit to the number of young people who can be
accommodated on each day. Should a day be fully booked, we will inform you and hold
you on a reserve list. Alternatively, if a day is significantly undersubscribed, we may have
to cancel the booking.
Activity Choices: We reserve the right to make changes to the activity programme at
late notice if circumstances require.
Complaints: If you have a complaint, please speak initially to the Youth Leader on duty.

A NEW CHAPTER FOR

ADVENTURE DAYS
Adventure Days is starting a new chapter.
The provision is now being managed
under the Childrens Home and, as such,
we are bringing it in-line with the bespoke
service we offer our respite service users.
As you can see from this brochure, activity
places may be more limited than they have
been in the past but the activities are more
tailored to young peoples needs and
interests.

WHAT TO DO NEXT?
In order to apply for a place on an Adventure Day, please complete a booking form, filling out all sections and send it to us.
We will then be able to process your booking and confirm your place.
If you have any queries or would like more information or would like to make
payment by credit/debit card, please contact Julie Davies via email:
jdavies@victoria.poole.sch.uk or by phone on 01202 763697.
If you need to contact someone during the holiday, please contact the Youth
