TEXT: A billion people on Facebook in one day

A billion people used Facebook in one day. It is the first time this happened. The boss of
Facebook said it was great. He said it was important. One in seven people on Earth used
Facebook last Monday. The boss said he wants to connect the whole world. He said Facebook
makes relationships stronger.
Facebook started in 2004. It now has 1.5 billion users. That number will grow. In 2012,
one billion people used the site once a month or more. Now it is one billion visitors in one day.
Facebook must grow in places where it isn't so popular. Facebook's owner is the ninth richest
person in the world. He is 31 years old.
