Substitute Position / Thompson R-2J School District

2017 are to follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the
Substitute teachers
classroom teacher. The regular routine of the classroom should be maintained
whenever possible. Substitute teachers are responsible for the pupils, equipment,
and materials assigned to them for the assignment. Substitute teachers should leave
a brief summary of the day's activities for the classroom teacher.
Duties:

Substitute teachers are expected to perform all of the duties of the classroom
teacher, including covering extra classes if needed.

That may include behavior issues, special circumstances for the day,
work that was done or not done during the day.
