category include texture synthesis. The third category includes
exemplar based method.
1.
This algorithm is based on two principles. First, exemplarbased texture synthesis Criminisis Algorithm [4] and second
is, Discrete Cosine Transform(DCT)[8][15].
Criminisis Algorithm:
The algorithm starts with a patch cantered at the point p
where . The problem is now to fill the pixels in . So the
algorithm searches for the patch which is most similar to
those parts that already filled in .
Step 1: Divide image into RGB plane.
Step 2: Detect the target region from each plane.

Step 4: For each point p
define the patch
centred at
the point p and then compute its priority P(p) as the product of
two terms. The confidence term C(p) and the data term D(p).
P(p)=C(p).D(p)

term D (p) is a function of the strength of the isophotes hitting
the front at the each iteration. This term increases the
priority of those patches that linear structures flow into them.
