hours Saturday-Sunday.
Work conflicts, late registration, family events and transportation difficulties are not
eligible for make ups. Student athletes must provide their anticipated conflict dates and
also have their coach verify any NSU athletic event that conflicts with the class schedule
in order to arrange for any makeups.
Any impropriety (e.g. cheating, plagiarism) on exams or lab reports, will constitute
grounds for failing the course. I expect you to make it clear to me when you do not
understand something, preferably by asking questions in class. Alternatively, see me
during my office hours.

lab period. There are no unexcused make-ups. Document(s) should be provided for
excused make-up exams.
E. Pre-Lab Worksheets (4%)
To be turned in at the START of the lab. If it is not, you will be penalized points.
F. Lab Exercices and Lab Attendance (4%):
Attendance to all labs are mandatory. Each student must complete all scheduled exercises
during their lab session including model survey, histology, physiology and dissection.
They will turn in their completed work at the conclusion of the lab session during the
clean-up time. If a lab is missed for any reason and the student does not make up for that
lab, the student will lose 3% of their final grade for each lab absence.
G. Mid-term Practical Examination (10%)
The mid-term examination will be administered to test each students skill of observation
and ability to identify anatomical structures and physiological processes. The mid-term
exam will cover all material to that date. No make-ups.
H. Final Practical Examination (10%)
The final practical examination will be administered to test each students skill of
observation and ability to identify anatomical structures and physiological processes. It
will cover all remaining material from the mid-term. Attendance is mandatory. No makeups.
I. Class assignments (5%)
You will complete a specific assignment. The details of the assignment is available on
