Present Perfect Tense

Form:
To have(in the corresponding form for the subject of the sentence) +
Participle of the main verb
Example sentences:
Affirmative: I have done my homework.
Negative: I have not (havent) done my homework.
Interrogative : Have you done your homework?
Use:
-Actions which started in the past and are still continuing
ex. He has lived in Canada for five years. (He started living in Canada five
years ago, and he is still living there now).
-Actions which happened at some unknown time in the past.
Ex. I have already seen that film. I dont want to see it again.(It doesnt
matter when I saw it).
-Actions which happened in the past , but have an effect in the present
ex. She has broken her arm. (The arm is still injured).
I have lost my keys. (My keys are still missing).
