Project 1: Honda Finance i-Connect.
Client: Honda Financial Services, California, USA

Duration: March2016 Till Date.
Description: i-Connect is an application that was built on Force.com Platform to establish a
payment process for the Honda customers across cross platform technologies with Integration with
the Legacy systems (Lyons Web Services, CassCallout System, Chargent - AppFrontier).
This application provides feasibility for USA Customers to make a different payment methods
(Standard One Time Payment, Recurring Payment and Payoff Payment) using payment Gateway
Process.
i-Connect is built in such a way that it does not stores Customers personal details as per PDP
guidelines.
Responsibilities:

Played a role as salesforce Developer in Development, Enhancement and Hypercare Support


Phases.
Interacted with onshore Team to gather the requirements, CRs of Clients to complete the
Task assigned for Salesforce customization by creating and debugging the Apex classes,

Description:
DHL Supply chain application is built as a CRM app for the DHL to manage the organizations
logistics for the sales and marketing people in delivering and support the customers.
This Application will interact with the DHL System to give the updates of the opportunity and
Accounts.
The application is built over the Standard Objects: Account, Contact, Opportunity, Leads, Cases and
Contract and Custom Objects: Target, Conga, etc.
Responsibilities:

Worked as a single resource from offshore in this project playing the roles of Development,
Deployment and Support.
Worked on Configuration and customization.
Developed Apex Classes, Triggers, Workflow, Custom buttons, Lightning Process builder,
formula fields, Email configurations, Data Loading, Batch Classes, etc.,
Integration: Developed a Web service (Rest) Apex class to enable and disable Survey
popup for the customers in salesforce.
Integration: Involved in developing a WebService (Rest) Apex Class with legacy systems
like: BCA, CXM, DHLPassport and CustomerGuage.
Integration: Configured the workflow outbound from salesforce to DHL Legacy Systems.

that is an enabler to Condition Monitoring services for their machineries. It combines Caterpillar and
Cat dealer expertise with field-tested best practices and fleet performance data from around the
world, allowing dealers to quickly come up with proven recommendations on how to find and fix
equipment problems before they become costly failures.
Responsibilities:

Worked in both support and development for Enhancement project.


Debugging the issues in Configuration and Customizations.
Getting API access for Graph Design Part from Visual Team and update in the detail page.
Worked in Sites for the Australia region users.
Worked on the Tickets which involves complex Debugging of the code and application.
