Three pass fully wet back design.

The boiler is designed in such way that it is easy to operate and to maintain.
Maximum efficiency is ensured while designing the boiler.
All the parts of the boiler are easily available locally.
Shell and Multi tubular design.
2. SCOPE OF SUPPLY
Pressure parts fabricated out of MS plates and tubes.
Refractory lined Front and back smoke boxes are provided.
Internal furnace with removable type flat grate will be provided.
Pre-wired control panel with relays, contactors, fuses are provided.
Pressure gauge is provided to indicate the pressure.
Temperature Indicator cum controller to control the ID fan.
Temperature Indicator cum Controller to sense the return water temperature.
Safety Valve is provided.
One No. blow down valve is provided.
One No. Isolation valve to isolate pressure gauge.
ID Fan with motor will be provided.
Pressure switch to control the pressurized pump is provided.
Pressure pump for maintaining the system pressure is provided
One: Temperature indicator control at inlet to maintain constant hot water temperature by
controlling the ID fan operation.

THIS OFFER EXCLUDES

a) All civil and structural work for installing the unit.
b) Erection of the unit at site.
c) Water service tank and make up tank.
d) Main chimney and fuel gas ducting from unit to chimney.
e) Hot water pipeline from boiler outlet to the process and from process to the pump
suction and from pump suction to the boiler.
f) Main switch and supply cable to control panel.
g) Spares for installation operation and maintenance.
h) Transportation from our works to your site.
i) Insulation of Hot water boiler.
j) Unloading and loading the boiler to the foundation.
k) All interconnecting piping.
l) All electrical cabling from panel to internal motor and controls.
m) Any other items and services not specifically mentioned in our scope of supply.

13.

WARRANTY
The product carries a guarantee against manufacturing defects, for a period of twelve
months, from the date of commissioning at your factory or eighteen months from the date

of supply. The guarantee is restricted to mechanical items only and is limited to repair,
replacement of defective spares and accessories, The guarantee will not cover normal wear
and tear of the parts of defects due to mishandling of the equipment or negligence, As
regards bought out items like pumps, motors, instruments etc., the guarantee offered by the
manufacturers of these items would be passed on to us and it is limited to the guarantee
offered by the respective manufacturers.
