1) Download RSA SecurID Application.
2) Installing RSA SecurID Application on Desktops or Laptops.
3) Importing the RSA SecurID Desktop Token using Activation Code.

1) Visit the web site www.syndicatebank.in, Click on Services

5) Select the typical option for full installation and click on next

7) Enable checkbox Launch Syndicate Bank RSA SecurID Software Token with Automation and
click on Finish

7) Click OK.
8) RSA SecurID Desktop Token will be operational and start displaying the token code.

While performing transactions, users will be asked for 2FA. Following Screen will appear, prompting
user to enter the Token-code.
a) Enter the token-code as displayed on the SecurID Token
b) Since you are the first time user, system will throw the below Message.
o Please visit the Customer Services option -> Set SyndProtect PIN Menu as
mentioned in the above message.
d) User will be prompted to set a 4 digit numerical PIN. PIN should be remember
By the user (should not be shared with anyone).

f) User can initiate the transactions directly by entering the Passcode (PIN + Token-Code)
1.4.2.2 Returning Users
Users who have already set the PIN, will have to perform their transactions by entering PIN + Token i.e.
PASSCODE.
a) Enter the Pin + Token-code (Passcode) then click on submit

Please note that in case the RSA SecurID Desktop based Software Token is lost/stolen/corrupt, kindly
