Method Statement

1)

Demarcate area where stiffener is to be installed.

2)

Carry out surface preparation to remove loose and bulging concrete (if any).

3)

Install bolts and fix stiffener plates to affected area.

4)

Install inlet ports along edges of stiffener plates and seal with a temporary
sealant.

5)

Inject low viscosity epoxy into gap between stiffener plates and concrete.

6)

Ensure epoxy fills into gap and allow to cure.
