Abstract
Implementacin de un prototipo bsico de
Impresora 3D con la tcnica FDM aplicando
botellas plsticas PET desechables reemplazando el tradicional PLA/ABS como material de
impresin, adaptacin de desecho electrnico
(e-waste) para la construccin del extrusor y la
estructura. Implementacin de diseo propio de
electrnica y Firmware-Software para el control
de temperatura PID por Efecto Joule, control
de motores paso a paso (mPaP), operacin y
monitoreo general, algoritmos descriptor Gcode
y posicionamiento 3D.

I. Introduccin
Durante el proceso de construccin de una impresora
3D existen dos problemas que fueron identificados; la importacin de componentes electrnicos (controladores) y
electromecnicos (extrusor) especficos para impresoras
3D, y la dependencia en la importacin del material de
impresin plstico tipo PLA/ABS.
Por tanto, el objetivo fue la implementacin de un prototipo bsico alternativo de Impresora 3D reutilizando y
adaptando desecho electrnico (e-waste) en el proceso de
construccin, adems del empleo de botellas PET desechables como material de impresin, aplicando la tcnica FDM
(Modelacin por Deposicin Fundida).
El tipo de alimentacin del material plstico PET picado es manual, luego es transportado por inyeccin hacia
el Licuefactor, figura 4.
Tambin puede usarse rollo de plstico PET obtenido
directamente de la botella gracias a un procedimiento
manual de corte, figura 5.

Extrusin
Se aplica la tcnica por Inyeccin donde la barra roscada esta acoplada al extrusor, figura 2; que transfiere
el movimiento rotacional del motor mPaP en movimiento
vertical lineal.

Aplicando una seal escaln a Gp a lazo abierto Gla
se obtiene la figura 16.
Que exporta un documento.txt con Tm = 1000[ms]

proceder a la identificacin del modelo SISO.

Desarrollo de Software
Control Manual mPaP XYZE con 2 subgrupos: nmero de Pulsos(distancia), periodo de Pulsos(velocidad).
Gcode: cargar, instruccin por vez step, reset, ti- A. Descriptor Gcode

El Descriptor Gcode tiene la funcin de obtener los

VI. Conclusiones
El extrusor electromecnico y todo el diseo electrnico fue implementado con e-waste y componentes adquiridos en tiendas locales, seccin II.
