2010 Paint the Town Pink

$295- booth fee

The Union and Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital’s Paint the Town Pink will be held on October 28, 2010 from 5:00
PM to 8:30 PM at the Nevada County Fairgrounds, 11228 McCourtney Rd. Grass Valley, CA. Applicant agrees to
purchase booth space during the one night event and provide 500 giveaways to attendees.

All booths are in the Main Building. Fee is for a 10 X 10 space, a table and linens. You agree to provide 500 goodies
to guests at the event to promote your business and give the attendees something to walk away with. Included in your
welcome package you will find great, discounted giveaways and a portion of the proceeds will be donated back to the
cause. You will also find a form from The SNMH Foundation to receive a tax write off for all promotional items that
you purchase.

Please include 50% payment to reserve space with the completed application. Amount enclosed _________. Space is
provided on a first come first serve basis. Multiple businesses are prohibited from sharing a booth assignment.

Set-up for the event can begin on Thursday October 28, 2010 at 12:00 pm. Teardown must be done before noon on
Friday October 29.
