Check Item
To avoid damaging storage batteries, connect mains to the TP48200A only after correctly setting the storage battery
parameters on the PMU.
Check whether the voltage between the RTN+ busbar and the -48 V copper bar are the same as the storage battery
voltage and the voltage displayed on the monitoring unit. If not, ask professionals to rectify the fault.
The TP48200A is installed properly on the rack and the cables are connected properly. (Cables fastened
by screws are not easily removable.)
Cables are arranged neatly and bound properly by using cable ties.
Take fireproof clay out of the package box that accommodates the base of the cabinet, and then seal the
cabling holes using the fireproof clay. After that, insert rubber stoppers into the idle cabling holes.
Switch the LLVD and BLVD branches to the ON positions , Measure whether the voltage between RTN+ and the 48 V
check points. The voltage must range from 43.2 V to 57.6 V. The rated voltage is 53.5 V. Check whether the loads work
normally. If the loads work abnormally, rectify the fault according to the relevant user guides.
Check for short circuits between live wires, between the live wires and the ground cable, between the live
wires and the neutral wire, between the RTN+ and the 48 V copper bar. Rectify short circuits before
powering on the TP48200A.
Switch the circuit breakers for the Maintenance socket, AC input, battery route, primary load, and secondary load as required.
d2
Switch the AC input circuit breaker to the ON position, measure the voltage between the live wiring and the N wiring
terminal. The voltage must range from 210 V to 230 V. The rated voltage is 220 V.
Check that the battery switch is in the Normal position.

Communications port
Observe the operation of the power system for 15 minutes. If no alarms are generated, and current/voltage parameters
of the storage battery and loads are set properly, then re-install the cover of the distribution unit, lock the door to the
cabinet, give the key of the cabinet door to the customer, and clean the site before leaving.
Switch the storage battery circuit breakers in the PDU to the ON positions. (The battery circuit breakers must be both ON.
Troubleshooting
NOTE

Boolean value
detection port
Check whether the EMS can receive the information from the power system. If not, check whether the IP address is set
correctly .
If the battery circuit breakers are switched to the ON position but the LCD on the PMU panel remains blank, flip the battery
switch to the BAT ON position. After 2 minutes, flip the battery switch to the Normal position to avoid battery over discharge.
If the battery voltage remains low and the PMU is disconnected again after you flip the battery switch to the Normal position,
flip the battery switch to the BAT ON position for 2 minutes after the systems connects to the mains.
