Ingredients:

Directions:
Placethewaterinamediumsizedpotandbringtoaboil
Addthesalt,thenslowlypourinthecornmeal,stirringconstantlyuntilithasall
beenadded.
Reducetheheattolow,stirringoftenfor15minutes.Thepolentawillthicken

Placethepolentasquaresonthegriddle,movingthemaroundtoensurethe
boomsarecoatedwithoil.Cookfor34minutes,beforeippingandrepeating.
Removethepolentatoplatesoncebothsidesarecrispy,andtopwiththe
sausageandpeppers,theparmesan,andthetomatoes.Chionadethebasiland
additontopasagarnish.

moresausageandmushrooms,astherewasabitofextrapolentaleftafterallthe
