durability. Our FDA-approved, non-porous, lustrous white glaze is chip, scratch, and stain resistant. The entire
line is freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher safe with specially formulated clay bodies that are designed
to stack whenever possible. Reinforced or rolled edges are incorporated to resist chipping. This tableware
also features extreme thermal shock resistance. Serving hot or cold food items on heated or frozen MayfairUSA
brand porcelain allows for maximum temperature retention at the table.
Designed for versatility and created for brilliant presentation.

To incorporate your logo, color or original designs, please provide camera-ready artwork.

HANDLING & CARE OF MAYFAIRUSA PORCELAIN & FLATWARE

In order to protect your porcelain from damage please use the following guidelines:
Do not dump porcelain items off service trays or bus pans into dish washing service area.
Do not stack items that are not designed to do so, place silverware between items, overload
bus containers or place heavier items on lighter items.
Always scrape and rack soiled china immediately after use. If needed presoak dishes in hot
water less than 160 F.
Prevent china contact with a direct flame and avoid any sudden temperature changes such
as putting a hot plate into cool wash water.
Never use metal utensils, steel scouring pads or other porcelain to scrape dishes, instead use
rubber or plastic scrapers or a wet cloth.
Load dish racks carefully, utilizing solid plastic racks for washing and storage, not plastic coated
metal racks.
Only detergents designed for food service in recommended concentrations should be utilized. Check
cycle times, temperatures, water pressure, and water conditions to ensure proper cleaning. Your dealer
can assist you with this.
Low temp machines that require harsh chemicals/sanitizers are not recommended for flatware that is
not stainless quality of 18/8 to 18/10 (this term means stainless of 18% chrome and 8 or 10% nickel).

Ordering
Orders cannot be accepted, altered, or cancelled verbally. Purchase orders must be submitted
in written format and are subject to approval by MayfairUSA. Orders with incorrect or missing
information such as item numbers and pricing will require additional confirmation in writing.
Orders must be in full case counts, as orders will be shipped only in full cases.
Handling Fee
Any orders shipped by FedEx Ground or similar carrier will incur a $10.00 per box packaging and
handling fee.
Backorders
Out of stock items will be forwarded as soon as they are available and will be forwarded
standard shipping methods. If necessary, added items will require additional POs. Additions to
backorders on the original purchase orders are not permissible. MayfairUSA may cancel backorders that are older than 30 days and issue credit or refund.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed.
Special Orders
Custom Orders, logos and custom labels as well as colors will require a minimum quantity
depending on individual items ordered that will be quoted by your MayfairUSA representative.
Custom orders require a 50% deposit with order placement and a 10% overage or shortage will
be assumed. No returns will be granted on custom orders. We are not responsible for printing
errors.
Freight
All freight is FOB our warehouse in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina. Prepaid freight will be only
for orders in excess of $3000 and within the continental United States by common carrier. Mayfair
USA is not responsible for additional fees for sorting, lift gate service, inside delivery charges, labor
charges, redelivers or refused shipments. If any of these services are required please contact our
customer service for a price quotation in advance of shipping. Failing to do so will result in delay
or non-delivery.

POLICIES, CONDITIONS, AND TERMS OF SALE
Delivery
Before the driver departs delivery location, inspect the entire shipment thoroughly. Any damage
or shortage must be noted at time of delivery. All damage to the shipment, claims and loss while
in transit must be made at delivery and directly to the carrier. Any claims of shortage, loss, or
damage not indicated in writing at delivery will not be issued credit. Settlement by the carrier is
allowed up to 9 months from claim process date by law.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax will be added to orders within the state of North Carolina. If you are a reseller
and exempt, you must provide us with a valid resale tax certificate prior to shipping.
Returns
Credit will be issued only for intact, full, and unused cases in original packaging and only with an
enclosed and previously issued return number from Mayfair USA. Return shipment freight charges
and arrangements are not the responsibility of Mayfair. A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted
from the value and the balance will be issued as a credit. Returns will not be accepted beyond 60
days of delivery, or at any time on any custom orders, special discounted, or discontinued items.
Accounts/Collections
Any past due account is charged 1 % per month interest and shipments are withheld for all past
due accounts. MayfairUSA is not responsible for collection costs or bank charges for return checks.
The buyer hereby agrees to pay for all attorneys fees and costs of collections.
Indemnity
As a condition of you purchase and use of MayfairUSA products, you hereby agree to indemnify
and hold harmless MayfairUSA and its employees, agents, officers and directors against any third
party claim, action, damage, or other liability including attorneys fees arising from, or relating to,
violation of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Force Majeure
MayfairUSA shall not be held liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in
part or whole from Acts of God, labor disruptions, shortages, severe weather or any other circumstance that is beyond the control of MayfairUSA.
Acceptance of Conditions of Sale

Placement of an order shall be deemed acceptance of each item contained in the Policies,
Terms and Conditions of Sale.
