The Sergeant-at-Arms TM Harsh Singh welcomed everyone to the meeting.

Then he invited the Acting Club President Nitin Pandey.

Acting Club President(CDTM) TM Nitin Pandey urged everyone to stand &

pray for world peace for 30 seconds..
6:48 PM

Then he welcomed the Divisional director followed by introduction of

guests.

He handed over the stage to TMOD Akash Narang.

TMD told us that there would be a lot of fun & energy in todays meeting. He
told that for increasing productivity, we can learn these 3 things:6:52PM

1.Decision Management
2.Attention Management
3.Energy Management
He introduced all the auxiliary role players.

Highlights: He encouraged all of us to play Table Tennis by making us understand that
how it helps you to increase focus & concentration. He told us that how his friend Sourav
& Table Tennis helped him learning many things.

Highlights: He told us that at the time of attack on World Trade Centre(WTC) , how
three guys working in one of the offices in WTC got late only that one day during their
career and got saved. It was their destiny. After that day, they enjoy their life as they dont
know which day may be their last day.

Highlights: He told us about his mother impact on her to have education. His
mother is illiterate & dont know about his Date of Birth . His mother told him that
everyday is his birthday. He also told us that how he improved English by trying to
learn story telling.

Evaluator : TM Saurab Babu
Highlights: He, very beautifully, narrated the story of one cricketer from Srilanka
& related this to us, Toastmasters. The Cricketer was Attapattu and luck was not
in his favour. He took 5 years to make 2 runs in an inning. Harsh told us that we
have choosen Toastmasters & not the other way. He urged us all to not to give up
on roles. He ended his speech by telling us that Attapatti got 4th chance to make up
his mark & we get chance every Tuesday.

TMD Akash Narang told us that there are 5 Proven Technique(Choices) by

Franken Covey for increasing productivity. He told us about these 2
Techniques(or Choices) ,which come under the Decision Management.
1.Act on important & not on urgent.
2.Go for Extraordinary & not ordinary.
He invited TTM Aditya Goela on the stage for conducting Table Topics session.

He called 4 speakers randomly on the stage and made them imagine as they are different
personalities and ask them to tell how they will reach towards their goals.

TT Speakers #1: Gourav Vaityani(Guest)

Personality: Honey Singh
He told us that how his songs doesnt make sense. But he writes songs, he sets a
goal that he had to write a song and for that , he writes songs that doesnt make
sense,even to him.

TT Speakers #2: Harpreet(Guest)

Personality: Rakhi Sawant
He went into the character of Rakhi Sawant and made us understand about her
actions for getting publicity.

TT Speakers #3:TM Samarth Jain

Personality: Rajnikant
He started by saying that ,Everyone knows, How hyperproductive I am. and
told us that how much we know , he had a normal life.

TT Speakers #4: Gaurav Nagpal(Guest)

Personality: Justin Bieber

He showed the courage to come on stage and told us Just like Honey Singh, his
songs dont make sense.

There was a break of 7 mins for snacks.

TMD Akash Narang told us about these 2 choices ,which come under the Attention
Management
1.Schedule the Big rocks first then the small things like emails.
2. Rule the Technology, not let the Technology Rule you.
He invited General Evaluator Heena Garg on the stage.

GE Heena Garg took over the stage.

She invited TM Saurab Babu for the evaluation of Nikhil Madaan.

8:11 PM

TM Saurab Babu told that Nikhil Madaan told his story with conviction
& organization of his speech was good. He mentioned that emotions are
good thing for informational speech and they were present in Nikhils
speech, which captivated audience and gave recommendations.

8:14 PM

TM Ankita Mehra evaluated Ashishs speech and told us that Ashish left
for the audience to decide, what is destiny and gave recommendations
to him.

TM Amitabh Khandelwal mentioned that English of Dheeraj has

improved a lot and more preparation in future will go a long way. He
mentioned that Dheerajs speech was Loud, clear & vocal variety was
good. He wished all the best to Dheeraj for his future.

TM Saurab Babu started his evaluation by saying that Element of

mystery was right there throughout the story in Harshs speech. He
mentioned that audience dont know till the middle of the story ,who
that person in picture was and gave recommendations.

Toastmasters and evaluated the meeting. He praised TT Speakers,CDTM &
TMD Akash Narang for the efforts.
She concluded the evaluation and handed the stage back to the TMD.

TMD Akash Narang asked us that how many of us require Energy Booster in
afternoon and told us about Choice (which come under Energy
Management) for increasing productivity.
1.Fuel your fire, dont burn out.

Acting President Nitin Pandey announced that TM Mithun PR has

become daddy today. He is blessed with a baby girl.
He also announced that Mithun PR has become Competent Leader(CL)
today.
Awards for performing their roles,exceptionally well, were given to the
members.
The meeting ended on a high note.
