Despite of that, the way he teaches is the kind of teaching that the students will surely learn.

Name and Signature of Learning Resource Center In-Charge: MR. BERNARDO

Your Analysis
Were the Learning resources/materials arranged properly according to their
functions and characteristics?
To be honest, only book is the learning resource/material our resource teacher is using.
That book serves as his guide on teaching a certain topic. Other than that, no learning
resource/material has been used.
Do the guidelines and procedures facilitate easy access to the materials by
the teachers? Why? Or Why not?
Yes! Because that is only one, which is the book.
What are the strengths of this Learning Resource Center?
Based on my observation, I cant see any strengths but more on things need to improve or
learning materials to be added on their facilities.
What are its weaknesses?
The weakness of Caruhatan National High Schools learning resource center is the lack of
needed learning resources/materials that a teacher can use in his/her class.
What suggestions can you make?
What I can suggest is that the school should provide learning resources/materials that are
really needed for the betterment of learning of the students.

Your Reflections
1. Which of the materials in the learning resources caught your interest the most?
Why?
None, because as Ive said above there is no learning resource/material.
2. Which gadgets/materials are you already confident to use/operate?
None. (In connection with what Ive observed.)
3. Which one do you feel need to learn more about?
I think I need to learn more on making catchy visual aids along with the use of
technologies like power point and projector since it is what the students market
needed right now.

My Board Display Lay-out

Your Reflections

1. Name at least 5 skills that a teacher should have to be able to come up with
effective board displays. Elaborate on why each skill is needed.

Organizational Skills: Should know how to organize things in the bulletin

board.
Right Choice of Color: Should know a proper color combination in his/her
bulletin board.
Concept Skills: The message he/she wants to convey should clear.
Patient: Can make it on her own.
Open-minded: Should accept positive/negative feedbacks.
2. Which of the skills do you already have? Recall your past experiences in making
board displays. How do you practice these skills?

Open-mindedness: I learned to accept positive feedbacks as well as

negative ones. I didnt practice it, my own experiences just teach me to
be so.
3. Which skills do you still need to develop? Reflect on how you can improve on or
acquire these skills.

Organization Skills and the right choice of colors. Sometimes, I tend to

focus on my favorite color, not on the appropriate color. So the next time that
I will be making a bulletin board, i will be choosing a color that will relate in
my designs and organize those properly.
