Software License Agreement

The customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferrable License to install an

d run this software and documentation subject to the restrictions and terms set
forth in this agreement. The only right granted the customer is the right to in
stall and run this software. Customers who have purchased a Single User license
may install and locally run this software on two computers. Customers who have
purchased a Lab Package license may install and run this software at one site (
location) on a number of computers predetermined in writing with Pygraphics. Re
mote access and operation of this software requires prior written permission by
Pygraphics.
The customer shall take all reasonable efforts to prevent the piracy of this sof
tware. The customer agrees to contact Pygraphics in writing of any unauthorized
use of this software.
When the customer is a business, institution or school, it is the customers resp
onsibility to insure this software is deinstalled from an employee's computer wh
o is no longer employed by the customer.
The customer may not modify, translate, copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or us
e it in any manner that infringes with the intellectual property of Pygraphics.
The customer agrees to communicate the terms and restrictions contained in this
License Agreement to all persons who have access to this software.
Any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the License Agreement sha
ll result in automatic termination of this license.
Patent & Copyright
This software program and all instructional material are protected by U.S. Paten
t and Copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction and/or sales may result in crimi
nal penalties. Patent & Copyright infringer may also be subject to civil liabili
ty. These items are intended for use by the original owner only. Except for pers
onal use, they may not be reproduced in any medium, for any other application, w
ithout prior written permission by Pygraphics.

Warranty
Pygraphics warrants the original purchaser only that the original program disks
will be free from defects under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days foll
owing the date of purchase. If a defect is discovered during this period, Pygrap
hics will replace the defective disk without charge provided you have registered
this product within thirty (30) days of purchase date.
Pygraphics further warrants that this program will perform substantially in acco
rdance with the authorized advertising. In the event Pygraphics is notified, wit
hin thirty (30) days of purchase, of a significant program error, Pygraphics wil
l correct the problem within a reasonable time. If the problem cannot be correct
ed, Pygraphics will provide or authorize a refund.
Except as provided herein, the entire risk as to the results and performance of
this software program is assumed by you. This warranty gives you specific rights

and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Pygraphics l
iability shall not in any case exceed the purchase price for the software claime
d to be defective.
Pyware 3D(tm) uses Vorbis SPI for Ogg audio playback. This library uses the Trit
onus, Jogg, and Jorbis libraries all of which are distributed under the LGPL.
A copy of this license has been installed in the jars folder inside the applicat
ion bin folder.
