NARRATIVE REPORT on
NUTRITION MONTH CELEBRATION

Bagtang Elementary School celebrated Nutrition Month last July

24, 2015. The theme of the celebration is Timbang Iwasto sa
Tamang Nutrisyon at Ehersisyo.
We believe that good health is wealth, thats why we always
support the DepEDs program. Celebrating it through integration of
different learning areas such as Science and Health, Makabayan, EPP
and MSEP. The school provides activities for this celebration. It was a
whole day activities.
In the morning we conducted parade in near purok in our school
composed by Bagtang Drum and Lyre Cops and participated by pupils
and their respective advisers headed by our School Principal. An
opening program was followed after the parade. The ten Kumainment
song was dance by all audience together by the teacher. An opening
remarks was given by our dear Principal Mrs. Nida M. Boarao and an
announcement of activity was given by School Nutrition Coordinator. It
was followed with outdoor cook-out of Grade V-VI pupils. Achieving to
cook a cost food but contains nutritious food and it served as their
lunch and entry to the contest. In the afternoon, contest for slogan,
poster making, essay writing contest were simultaneously done for
higher grades while the primary have game.
The most awaited part was the closing program, it started 3:00
oclock in the afternoon. It was all fun and joy. An intermission number
were performed by selected pupils. Awards were given to the top 3
best of the contest best such as for the cooking, slogan, poster making
& games.
