Job Description & Compensation Structure for Axis Bank Debut Program

Job Description:

Digital Relationship Manager (RRM) is an integral member of the AXIS Remote Banking
Team responsible for on-going management of client relationships and act as the clients
single point of contact for the end to end client experience. The Digital RM will be a
centrally located client facing role through effective use of technology comprising of
Voice, Video and Email.

Location: Candidate should be willing to serve at any of the branches of the bank across
the country.

Major Responsibilities:

Revenue Targets:
Achieve the monthly assigned revenue targets through effective cross-sales
generating Fee income across Investment, Assets, Cards and Liability products.

Technical Skills:
Effectively utilizes all applications, tools, and databases used to process
transparent end to-end client support.
Proficient with systems related to Banking transactions and services.

Controls:
Strictly ensure that internal control policies are adhered to.
Ensure that the organization's activities are carried out in accordance with all
regulatory, legal, and governmental regulations.

Customer Service and Sales:


Up-selling, cross-selling, providing regular market information and updates to the
customers.
Extremely efficient servicing of requests to create a superior customer
experience.

Job Summary:
Work within the RM Hub to cater to the service needs of the Priority and Affluent
Customers.
The Digital RM to achieve the set target of revenue (IPG and other cross sell) from
the mapped set of customers associated to him/her.
The Digital RMs to provide premium customer service delivery to his/her mapped
portfolio.
The Digital RMs to work on CASA deepening and NTB lead generation.
Digital RMs to also assist in providing NDIAS services.

Coverage provided upon confirmation / completion of
6 months of service with the Bank, whichever is
earlier. The said coverage is valid only during 1st year
of service with the Bank. Employee plus 3 dependents
are covered under the floater policy. Additionally,
employee has an option to add two more dependents
at an additional premium of Rs. 783/- per dependent.
Group Mediclaim
150,000.00 The Bank provides cover for Parents upto 50 % of the
Insurance Policy
base sum insured, while 50 % will be borne by
employee for any claim lodged for Parents. In
addition, the Bank offers a Top Up Policy ranging from
coverage of Rs. 3 Lac to Rs 20 Lacs, which an
employee can opt for an pay the premium
accordingly.

The Insurance coverage under all the above policies will be available subject to
completion of all formalities in connection with your appointment and fulfillment
of requirements of the Insurance Company. For coverage under the Group
Mediclaim Insurance Policy, it is also required that you are a confirmed employee
of the Bank or have completed 6 months of service, whichever is earlier.
Note: The mediclaim Policy is renewed every year in October and shall be
applicable as per prevalent policy.
