Greetings!

The Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BS InfoTech) fourth-year


students will have their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) this Second Term SY 2016-2017
as a requirement for the completion of their course and theyre needed to render
500 hours of services/training in their designated work places.

The primary objective of their training is to practice and enhance their knowledge
and skills in office operations. Likewise, this will give them the opportunity to
observe different office procedures that they can apply in their future work.
Anent this, may I ask your permission for the following students to have their OJT in
your office:

1. John Mark R. Pagunuran


2. Eric B. Antonio

May I also request your patience in monitoring their attendance, signing their DTRs
and journals at the end of each month and giving their grades based on their
performance after the completion of the required 500 hours? At the end of the
training, a form will be given to you as basis for evaluating their performance.
