I have participated in the service, training, consultative and other professional activities of rehabilitation treatment
program and function as a professional member of the multidisciplinary team assisting social workers, nurses, and other
professional/non-professional personnel of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation treatment programs. I have lead a variety of
therapeutic and supportive tasks that include assisting their peers in articulating their goals for recovery, learning and practicing
new skills (cognitive behavior therapy), helping clients monitor their progress, assisting them in their treatment, modeling effective

appointments), congressional offices, Disabled Veterans of America, American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, State

Conducted appointments to resolve patient concerns and complaints , if indicated, refer inquiries to appropriate clinic staff. If
concerns couldn't be handled locally, telehealth was utilized to accommodate distance for patient concerns to other facilities such
as VAMC Ann Arbor and VAMC Detroit. This generates savings in the form of time, money, and delay of patient wait time
reducing the electronic wait list for specialized care.
