T he residence hall is situated only a few

metres away from Piazza Leonardo
da Vinci, just 5 minutes from the under-
ground station. Designed and built in 1934
by Italo Azimonti, it has accommodated
generations of engineers and architects.
The residence hall is on five floors plus the
mezzanine floor fully dedicated to com-
mon areas. The gym, the auditorium and
the library/newspaper and magazine library
are unavailable until end of 2016 due to work
in progress inside the residence
T he residence hall is situated in the
heart of Milano. The complex, built
between 1947 and 1950 by the Architect
Luigi Moretti, consists of two thirteen-sto-
rey towers and a building that is known
as Casa della Laureata. The structure is
considered of particular historic and arti-
stic interest due to both the reputation of
its designer and its architectural features.

A new building residence, located in

the north-western area of Milan.
Even though its placed not close to the
Politecnico, the proximity to the metro
station M1 makes it simple to reach both
campuses Leonardo and Bovisa.
T he apartments are situated in a Liber-
ty-style building owned by the Muni-
cipality of Milano and built in 1905 by
Engineer Bonomi. The building, of histo-
rical and cultural value, has recently been
renovated.

T he building, largely renovated, is si-

tuated in a residential area close to the
Central Station. The thirty-one apartmen-
ts with one/two bedrooms, all very bright,
are on eight floors of a residential complex
divided into three staircases.
A new university residence, near Citta
Studi area, as the result of the reno-
vation of a students and workers dorm,
historically owned by Fondazione Cariplo.
It offers different kind of rooms for a total
of 268 beds; 20 accommodations in double
rooms are reserved to the Politecnico

T he residence hall is situated ten mi-

nutes away from Leonardo Campus.
It consists of 77 fully furnished mini-a-
partments on 9 floors. The Politecnico di
Milano, thanks to a specific agreement
with the Falciola Foundation, provides ac-
commodation for its students in 65 double
rooms. T he College is housed in an elegant bu-
ilding of the seventies, immersed in
