Store Keeper

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible in the process of daily goods receiving. Conduct the process of documentation, storing and requisitioning as per company
guidelines. Inspect the spoilage and ensure that all items are stored in appropriate conditions.

1. Requisition, receive, stock and issue materials

2. Verify items against purchase orders or packing lists and count and inspect materials for damage or defects.
3. Rectify discrepancies in purchase orders and duplicate orders.
4. Select proper storage areas and store articles in bins, racks, shelves.
5. Issue Items after obtaining proper records and requisitions
6. Maintain control uniform stock and changes
7. Track material usage and give requisition based on consumption of items.
8. Perform monthly physical inventory and prepare reports.
9. Load and unload items to stores.
10. Maintain storage areas, shelves, and outside yard in a clean and orderly condition.
11. Store surplus materials and equipment prior to disposal.
12. Ships canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.
13. Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries expiry and surplus items.
14. Receiving and solve complaints regarding products
15. Checking room amenities list
16. Assist the Cost Controller when filling documents and reports according to agreed control procedure

Job Requirement:
1. Minimum education qualifications in Diploma level or relevant discipline
2. Minimum of 3-4 years experience in a similar capacity,
3. Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
4. Result-Oriented. Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
