are expected to attend the
39th Latino Festival
of Washington, DC

ienvenidos/Welcome to the Latino Festival of Washington 2010,
celebrating 39 years of tradition. Once again, the Festival will
take place in the nation’s capital on Sunday, September 26,
2010, coinciding with the festivities of Hispanic Heritage Month, in
Mt. Pleasant St in NW Washington, from noon to 7pm.
The Latino Festival will feature five stages that will incorporate music,
folklore, theater, and other performing arts. The Parade of Nations
will includes hundreds of dancers from 30 folkloric groups from Latin
America, Spain, and the Caribbean.

The Latino population exhibits strong purchasing power and is Argonne Pl. NW Argonne Pl. NW
characterized by a young and willing labor force that has revitalized
social and commercial life in the region, home to over one million
Latinos.
