01 FROM COP, SJDM CPS
Report on Found Two (2) Cadavers in SJDM City, Bulacan
Reference: Memorandum from COP, SJDM CPS dated January 25, 2017
which was received by PIDMB around 6:46 AM of January 25, 2017. On January
25, 2017 at about 1:00 AM, two (2) unidentified cadavers of male and female
person were found / discovered along NGCP Road Barangay Kaypian, City of
SJDM with GC latitude 14.82218320171758 and longitude 121.0516333580017.
Initial investigation disclosed that on the said time, date and place of occurrence,
the information was relay through a concerned citizen who passes along the road,
informing therein the discovery of two (2) dead cadavers in the area. Immediately,
an ocular inspection was conducted by SJDM CPS, yielded are two (2)
unidentified cadavers lying on the pavement in an upside down position wherein
the head and mouth was covered with a masking tape. Recovered from the crime
scene are eight (8) pieces of empty cartridge case for cal. 45 found beside the
male cadaver, whereas the female cadaver was found in the shoulder of the road.
The victims hands were tied with a masking tape found beside the female
cadaver is an improvised placard stating therein PUSHER MAGNANAKAW
WAG TULARAN SALOT. SOCO Team from Bulacan Provincial Crime
Laboratory Office was requested to process the crime scene and arrived about
3:00 AM of January 25, 2017 led by PCINSP GINA LEDESMA and concluded at
5:00 AM of the same date. Cadavers of the victims were moved to Faith Funeral
Homes in Brgy Gaya-Gaya, City of SJDM, Bulacan for autopsy examination while
recovered pieces of evidence were brought to BPCLO for ballistic examination.
Investigation is still ongoing for the identification of the victims and the suspects.

Report on Violation of RA 9165 in Guiguinto, Bulacan
Reference: Memorandum from COP, Guiguinto MPS dated January 25, 2017
which was received by PIDMB around 7:12 AM of January 25, 2017. On January
1
24, 2017 at around 11:30 PM, in coordination with PDEA 3 with control number
10004-012017-0605, personnel of Guiguinto MPS led by their COP conducted an
anti-illegal drugs buy bust operation in Brgy Tabe, Guiguinto, Bulacan (latitude
14.8354712N and longitude 120.8886488E) which resulted to the arrest of
Dionisio Dordas y Amasan, 37 years old, with live in partner and resident of
Patubig St, Brgy Tabe, Guiguinto, Bulacan. Initial investigation disclosed that,
suspect was arrested after selling and handing one (1) heat sealed transparent
plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance or suspected shabu to PO2
Jay-r Noprada, the designated poseur buyer, in exchange for one (1) five hundred
peso bills with serial numbers R518315, which the later handed to the suspect
after he offered his staff (Shabu). Afterward, PO1 Arron Raymundo, who served
as back-up, after frisking the suspect, recovered four (4) plastic sachets
containing suspected shabu from the suspects actual possession. The arrested
suspect is included in the BADAC drug watch list. The five (5) pieces of heat
sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weights
approximately 1.8 grams. Arrested suspect and recovered pieces of evidence
were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for laboratory
examination after the conduct of proper inventory in the presence of Brgy Elected
Official of Brgy Tabe, Guiguinto, Bulacan and Media Practitioner Jun Sese. The
suspect is presently detained at Guiguinto MPS while appropriate criminal
complaints are being readied against him. Progress report will follow. Investigator-

Report on Robbery in Balagtas, Bulacan
Reference: Memorandum from COP, Balagtas MPS dated January 25, 2017
which was received by PIDMB around 8:58 AM of January 25, 2017. On January
24, 2017, around 6:30 PM, a case of Robbery incident was late reported to
Balagtas MPS that transpired on January 21, 2017 around 8:00 PM at Philippine
Childrens Mission (PCM) situated at Provincial Road Brgy Pulong Gubat,
Balagtas, Bulacan (GC: Latitude of 14.847271198681621 and Longitude of
120.90581238269807) wherein the victim was identified as NELSON ERLANO y
REYES, 41 years old, married and a resident of same address. Cash money
fund for their water drilling project amounting to more or less Php 100,000.00 was
stolen by unidentified suspect/s. Investigation conducted disclosed that on
January 21, 2017 around 7:00 PM, victim together with his family members and
some children of aforesaid institution left their parsonage unattended to attend
their church activity. At around 9:30 PM of same date, they arrived in their
parsonage and noticed that the door inside was locked, prompting him to check
the back portion of their parsonage and discovered that the window screen was
destroyed and forcibly opened, thereafter, he instructed his son to go inside to
open and unlock of their main door. Upon entering, they noticed that their
clothes, cabinets were scattered around the floor and the cash money amounting
to Php 100,000.00 (planned for water drilling project) that was placed inside their
cabinet at the bedroom was carted away by unidentified culprit/s. Accordingly, the
children left the PCM around 8:00 PM of same date and they heard dogs barking
in their vicinity but when they checked, they found nothing . Upon receipt of the
said report, elements of Balagtas MPS immediately conducted ocular
investigation. Investigation is still ongoing. Progress report will follow.

Report on Violation of RA 9165 (Armed Encounter) in Marilao, Bulacan
Reference: Memorandum from COP, Marilao MPS dated January 25, 2017
which was received by PIDMB around 11:16 AM of January 25, 2017. On January
24, 2017, at around 11:30 PM, with PDEA coordination control No. PDEA-
R03#10004-012017-0614, an Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation (Buy Bust) was
conducted along Iglesia Ni Kristo St., Brgy Sta Rosa 2, Marilao, Bulacan (GC:
LATITUDE 147784602N; LONGITUDE 12097362 E) which resulted to an armed
encounter between the elements of Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) of Marilao MPS
and suspects identified as NOE BERINA y BEGASA @ NONONG, 40 years old,
tricycle driver; and EMERSON MARTINEZ y NICOLAS, 40 years old, single,
jobless; both resident of Sitio Laot, Brgy Prenza 1, Marilao, Bulacan.
Investigation disclosed that prior to the incident, Marilao MPS coordinated to
PDEA PRO-3 regarding the said operation. Thereafter, a Buy-Bust Operation
then took place at the afore-mentioned date, time and place of occurrence
between the police operative who act as poseur buyer together with the
confidential asset and the said suspects while on board with KAWASAKI HD100
(Trike), bearing plate no .RZ-5417 with body no.057 (PRE 1 TODA). Eventually,
after the transaction took place and the pre-arrange signal was set; the suspects
sensed the presence of the operatives and then immediately drew their short
firearms and fired it successive towards the police officers. Apparently, an
exchange of gun fire ensued that resulted in the instantaneous death of the
suspects. Consequently, Marilao MPS sought the assistance of SOCO Team from
Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office led by PCI GINA CAMPOSANO to process the
crime scene and arrived at about 8:45 AM of January 25, 2017 and recovered the
following|: one (1) piece .38 caliber Revolver without serial number loaded with
three(1) live ammo; one(1) magnum 357 Revolver with marking Smith and
Wesson loaded with 6 lives ammos; five (5) fired cartridge case of 9 mm pistol;
three(3) pieces heat sealed plastic sachet containing white crystal granules
suspected to be shabumarked as EMN-1, NBB-1 and NBB-2; and two (2)
pieces of one hundred peso bill as buy bust money with Serial No. UZ745447 and
LA683584; and one (1) Nokia cellphone. The Inventory of confiscated pieces of
evidence was conducted in the presence of the Barangay Counselor Arlando S
Santos, representative from DOJ Mr. Oliver Umpangan and, Mr. Boy Cruz a
Media Reporter from Pilipino Star and later brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory
Office in Malolos City, Bulacan to be subjected for laboratory examination. SOCO
lifted the crime scene at about 9:43 AM of January 25, 2017. The cadavers of the
suspects were brought to Flaver Funer Service in Brgy. Lolomboy, Bocaue,
Bulacan for autopsy examination. Appropriate criminal complaint for Violation of
Section 5 and section 11 of RA 9165 is being prepared against the suspects to be
filed before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor in Malolos City, Bulacan.

Report on Murder (Shooting Incident involving Drug Personality) in
Hagonoy, Bulacan
Reference: Memorandum from COP, Hagonoy MPS dated January 25, 2017
which was received by PIDMB around 12:41 PM of January 25, 2017. On January
24, 2017, at about 8:25 PM, a Shooting Incident transpired along Wawa 3, Brgy
San Sebastian, Hagonoy, Bulacan (GC: Longitude 14.827790398487544N and

Latitude 120.7325229048729E) wherein victim was identified as DENNIS
VILLAFLOR y UMALI @ BRO, 39 years old, single and a resident of P-3 Brgy
San Nicolas, Hagonoy, Bulacan while the suspects are unidentified person
onboard a motorcycle. The suspects descriptions were: wearing white t-shirt and
black jacket, both wearing helmet. Investigation disclosed that on the said date,
time and place of occurrence, while victim was standing in front of the warehouse
owned by his employer identified as Amor Angeles y Panganiban, 34 years old,
married and resident of Brgy. San Nicolas Hagonoy, BUlacan, one of the suspects
(back rider) shots the victim, hitting the latter in the different parts of his body that
caused his instantaneous death. Thereafter, the suspects left a placard with
PUSHER AKO WAG TULARAN written on victims body before fleeing towards
unknown direction. Recovered from the crime scene by Bulacan SOCO team led
by PCI Gina Camposano Ledesma were: four (4) empty shells of Caliber .45, one
(1) Deformed Slug of Caliber .45, one (1) fan knife, one coin purse containing five
(5) pieces of small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected
shabu and a placard with PUSHER AKO WAG TULARAN written on it. The
cadaver of the victim was brought to Five W Funeral Homes, Brgy San Jose,
Hagonoy, Bulacan for autopsy examination. Investigation and follow-up
operations is still being conducted by Hagonoy MPS.. Development report will

Report on Alleged Robbery in Hagonoy, Bulacan
Reference: Memorandum from COP, Hagonoy MPS dated January 25, 2017
which was received by PIDMB around 12:41 PM of January 25, 2017. On January
24, 2017 between 1:00 AM to 2:00 AM, an alleged Robbery incident transpired at
P-3 Brgy. Sto. Rosario Hagonoy, Bulacan (GC: Lat: 14.816561598099488 N and
Long: 120.72723627090454E) wherein the victim was identified as Patrick
Manansala y Vitangcol, 33 years old, married, and a resident of the same
Barangay while the suspect/s is still unidentified. Initial investigation disclosed
that, on the said time, date and place of occurrence, the victim and his family
were sleeping and when they woke up early in the morning victim discovered that
his HP 15 inches laptop, one (1) Nikon D Camera kit, one (1) 50 mm. 1.8 lens,
one (1) 80-200 mm 2.8 lens and one (1) micropone rude with estimated costs of
Php 144, 500 was missing. The victim reported the incident to Hagonoy MPS
around 7:00 PM of same date and according to him, the suspect probably entered
in the unlocked sliding window of his house. Upon receipt of the report, elements
of HAGONOY MPS went to the place of incident to conduct investigation.

Report on Robbery in Norzagaray, Bulacan
Reference: Memorandum from COP, Norzagaray MPS dated January 24, 2017
which was received by PIDMB around 11:10 AM of January 25, 2017. On January
24, 2017, around 9:25 PM, victim LIRIO PALAD y BULURAN, 57 years old,

married, court employee and a resident of Roadside View Subd., Brgy. Poblacion,
Norzagaray, Bulacan (GC: latitude 14.9038355457 N and longetude
121.0395741462707- E) arrived to Norzagaray MPS and reported that she was a
victim of alleged Robbery with force upon thing that transpired on January 24,
2017 in between 3:20 PM to 5:00 PM. The suspect/s is/are unidentified. Initial
Investigation conducted by Norzagaray MPS disclosed that according to the
victim ( LIRIO PALAD ) at around 3:20 in the afternoon of same date , her
daughter left their house unattended and at around 5:10 PM when she arrived in
their house came from her work, she noticed that the main gate was opened and
the main door. Afterward, when she get inside their house the latter discovered
that her flat screen television 42 inches was missing, scattered the household
indoor and also inside their room. Later, the victim found out that the front door
and backdoor padlock of the house were broken and believed to be used by the
unidentified suspect/s as entrance in the backdoor and exit at the front door. The
missing items were the following: cash amounting to Php20,000.00; assorted
jewelries; one (1) I Phone; one (1) Samsung cellphone; one (1) Nokia Asha; G-
Shock watch; one North face back pack ( Bag ); and one (1) Laptop.

Report on Search Warrant on Illegal Drugs against Marian Yrigan y Dela
Cruz @Mayang in Pandi, Bulacan
Reference: Memorandum from COP, Pand MPS dated January 24, 2017 which
was received by PIDMB around 12:56 PM of January 25, 2017. On January 24,
2017 at about 5:00 PM, with Search Warrant No. 2017-05 against MARIAN
YRIGAN y DELA CRUZ @ MAYANG at Phase 2, Blk 2, Lot 27, Pandi Residence
3, Brgy. Mapulang Lupa, Pandi, Bulacan, elements of Pandi MPS led by their
COP, under the direct supervision of PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT, JR.,
Provincial Director, Bulacan PPO, swooped down/raided the house/premises
being occupied by MARIAN YRIGAN y DELA CRUZ @ MAYANG. Prior to the
operation conducted, elements of Pandi MPS received an information that said
suspect was involved in drugs trade activities. Upon receipt of the information,
Intel operatives of Pandi MPS conducted verification/confirmation to PDEA RO3
received by Mr. Michael Montalbo and in return to Pandi MPS given PDEA
Control # 10004-012017-00544, on said information and conducted a Test-buy
operation, yielded to positive result when PO3 Joven P Quizon together with the
Confidential Informant bought Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) worth of Shabu
to the subject personalities conducted on January 17, 2017. Upon confirming of
the information, operatives of Pandi MPS prompted to apply for a search warrant
on the house/premises being occupied by MARIAN YRIGAN y DELA CRUZ @
MAYANG. The Search Warrant No. 2017-05 against MARIAN YRIGAN y DELA
CURZ @ MAYANG for Violation of Art. II, Sec. 5 and 11 of R.A. 9165
(Comprehensive Dangerous Act of 2002), was issued by Hon. ROLINE M GINEZ-
JABALDE, Executive Judge, RTC Branch 74, dated January 23, 2017, at
Olongapo City. On said time, date and place of occurrence, said search
warrant was implemented. While searching the premises/house of the
suspect in the presence of Barangay Officials of Brgy Mapulang Lupa,
Pandi, Bulacan and representatives from Media Mr. Boy S. Cruz, the
following items were seized believed being used by the suspect in her

nefarious activities, to wit: Seven (7) pieces small heat sealed transparent
plastic sachet containing suspected Methamphetamine Hydrochloride a.k.a.
shabu; Twelve (12) pieces small packs of dried Marijuana; and One (1) Digital
weighing scale. The arrested suspect and the recovered pieces of evidence were
brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office, City of Malolos, Bulacan for
laboratory examination. Appropriate criminal complaint for Violation of Article II,
Sections 5, 11 and 12 of Republic Act 9165 is now being prepared against the

Report on PD 1619 (Sniffing of Solvent) in Bocaue, Bulacan
Reference: Memorandum from COP, Bocaue MPS dated January 24, 2017
which was received by PIDMB around 10:53 AM of January 25, 2017. On January
24, 2017 at around 3:00 PM, cases for Violation of PD 1619 and BP6 transpired in
Sitio Ibayo, Brgy Antipona Bocaue, Bulacan (GC Lat 14.7972566 N Lng
120.92559759999995E) wherein arrested suspects were identified as Arman
Torrechiva y Dagala @Arman, 21 years old, single; and Crizaldo Legazpi Jr,
@Pandong, 27 years old, single; both native residence of said barangay. Prior to
arrest of both suspects, Bocaue MPS received an information from a concerned
citizen that alleged sniffing elastomeric sealant reaches the attention of Brgy
Tanods who sought police assistance and then joint follow up operation was
conducted by Bocaue MPS together with BPSO which resulted to the
apprehension of both suspects who were caught in the act of sniffing suspected
volatile substance pour inside a two (2) 4x12 transparent plastic bag.
Recovered from both suspects possession are: four (4) packs of FED SEAL brand
containing suspected flammable volatile substance elastomeric sealant, one (1)
piece FED SEAL brand plastic pack cut/open containing suspected flammable /
volatile substance elastomeric sealant and two (2) improvised deadly weapons.
Appropriate criminal complaints for Violation PD 1619 and BP 6 are now being
prepared to be filed against the suspects. Progress report will follow. Investigator-

FROM COP, MEYCAUAYAN CPS


Report on Alleged Suicide in Meycauayan City, Bulacan
Reference: Memorandum from COP, Meycauayan CPS dated January 25,
2017 which was received by PIDMB around 11:50 AM of January 25, 2017. On
January 25, 2017 around 4:30 AM, an alleged suicide was reported to
Meycauayan CPS that transpired at No.40 Daez Compound, Bagbaguin,
Meycauayan City, Bulacan, wherein victim was identified as MAX RIVERA y DE
VERA, 38 years old, single, native of Zambales, and a resident of Daez
compound, Bagbaguin, Meycauayan City, Bulacan. Investigation conducted
disclosed that according to the witnesses and girlfriend of the victim identified as
MABETH NOCHE y SAPUNGAN, 36 years old, single and a resident of Daez
Compound, Brgy. Bagbaguin, Meycauayan City, Bulacan on January 24, 2017
around 11:00 PM, the victim told her if they can have a drinking spree because it
was his birthday but despite of request she ignored and refused his request.
Subsequently, the victim went out to drink liquors, after a few hours, he went back
while carrying a gun and pointed on his head and uttered MAGPAPAKAMATAY
AKO, ITO BA GUSTO MONG REGALO? his girlfriend tried to pacify him but he

fired the gun upward and fired on his head which resulted to his instantaneous
death. Immediately, upon knowing the incident, elements of Meycauayan CPS
were dispatched and upon arrival thereat; they noticed the body of the lifeless
victim lying in the crime scene wherein they cordoned the scene to prevent the
contamination of the scene. Afterward, Meycauayan CPS sought assistance from
BUlacan SOCO Team for technical assistance and process the crime scene for
further investigation. Recovered pieces evidence at the crime scene are: one (1)
colt 45 MKIV Pistol with serial number 2311297 loaded with five (5) ammos, two
(2) cal 45 fired cartridges cases, one(1) metallic fragment led core, Php4,125.00
cash, one (1) pc tag heuer wristwatch, one (1) silver necklace and one (1) brown
wallet containing assorted papers. The cadaver was brought to Saint Peter
Funeral Homes, Brgy. Bancal, Meycauayan City, Bulacan. Investigator-on-case:

Report on Anti-Illegal Drug Operation resulting to Armed Encounter in
Malolos City, Bulacan
Reference: Memorandum from COP, Malolos CPS dated January 25, 2017
which was received by PIDMB around 12:00 PM of January 25, 2017. On January
25, 2017 around 5:00 AM, CAIDSOTF personnel of Malolos CPS led by PSUPT
HERYL LIWANAG BRUNO, OIC, Malolos CPS in coordination with PDEA Region
3 with control number 10004-012017-0613 conducted buy-bust operation against
illegal drugs in Brgy. Pinagbakahan, Malolos City, Bulacan (Lat. 14.8721698 N
Long. 120.82046160000004 E) which resulted in the neutralization of the two (2)
suspects identified as Napoleon Bautista y Dioco @Blondie, legal age, single,
construction worker and a resident of Brgy. Lugam, Malolos City, Bulacan and
Joven Albonia y Jamito @Sablay, legal age, single, painter and presently
residing at Brgy. Look 1st, Malolos City, Bulacan. Initial investigation disclosed that
based on the account of the operating police officer (poseur buyer), the
aforementioned suspects arrived on the agreed place onboard one (1) Racal
motorcycle color blue without plate number. Alias Blondie alighted on motorcycle
driven by alias Sablay and approaches the police undercover, that after handing
over one (1) pc. of Php500.00 peso bill marked money to @Blondie in exchange
of one (1) pc. heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu
with an estimated weight of 0.0213 grams and street value of five hundred pesos
(Php 500.00), police undercover together with the confidential informant
introduces himself as police officer and when about to arrest, the suspects
resisted and fired the police officer instead of submitting themselves into custody.
Exchange of gun fired ensued between the suspects and the operating police
officers that resulted in the suspects instantaneous death. Bulacan SOCO Team
arrived and processed the crime scene and recovered the following: one (1)
Racal motorcycle color blue without plate number and key, one (1) pc of five
hundred peso bill marked money with serial number TL923187 marked as RRC,
seven (7) pcs. of 9mm fired cartridge, one (1) Smith & Wesson cal. 38 revolver
with serial number 21187 loaded with one (1) live ammo and two (2) fired
cartridge case, one (1) cal. 38 revolver without Trademark and with serial number
PRO5058323 loaded with one (1) live ammo, three (3) fired cartridge case and
one (1) fired bullet on a barrel, one (1) matchbox case containing five (5) pcs.
heat sealed plastic sachet of suspected shabu and two (2) aluminum foil strips,
one (1) necklace, one (1) black holster, one (1) rubber denture, one (1) coin purse
containing four (4) aluminum foil strips and five (5) pcs. heat sealed plastic sachet

of suspected shabu. Recovered pieces of evidence are presently under the
custody of Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office. Cadaver of the suspects
was brought to Superior Funeral Service at Brgy. Bintog, Plaridel, Bulacan.
Further investigation revealed that said suspects are identified drug personalities
and included in BADAC watch list as pusher/user. Progress report will follow.

FROM COP, MEYCAUAYAN CPS


Report on Carnapping (tricycle) in Meycauayan City, Bulacan
Reference: Memorandum from COP, Meycauayan CPS dated January 25,
2017 which was received by PIDMB around 11:50 AM of January 25, 2017. On
January 25, 2017 at around 11:30 AM, a case of Violation of R.A. 6539
(Carnapping of MC) incident was reported to Meycauayan City Police Station that
transpired at Mac Arthur Highway, Barangay Banga, Meycauayan City, Bulacan,
in front of VINCELEY Purified Water (Lat. 147271357, Long. 120.9589791). The
victim was identified as ENRICO MORALES y ADAJAR, 39 years old, married,

Munti, Barangay Saluysoy, Meycauayan City, Bulacan, while the suspect was still
unidentified. Upon receipt of said information, a flash alarm was immediately
relayed to different Barangay and adjacent Cities and Municipalities. Initial
investigation conducted disclosed, and according to the victim and one (1)
LEONEL BUENA y ASALDO, 29 years old, single, driver/helper, native of
Camarines Sur and resident of No. 36 A Estrao St., Brgy. Bancal, Meycauayan
City, Bulacan, around 11:10 PM of January 24, 2017, Mr. Buena parked, locked
and left unattended his KAWASAKI, motorcycle with sidecar, color blue, no MV
plate (for registration), with Engine Number BC175AELA7731 and Chassis
Number, BC175G-B38831, owned by the victim, at the aforementioned place of
occurrence and went inside the store and went to sleep. At around 5:30 AM of
January 25, 2017, when he was about to go home, he discovered that the said
motorcycle was already missing and nowhere to be found, all his effort were
exerted to locate the same, but to no avail. Thereafter, he review the CCTV
footage installed in their house and he saw one (1) unidentified male suspect
wearing sando, short, bull cap, with tattoo on the right arm, took away his
motorcycle around 2:10 AM of January 25, 2017. Meycauayan CPS is presently
conducting a thorough and extensive follow-up investigation/operation, to
determine the identity and whereabouts of the suspect, and for possible recovery

TANGGOL in coordination with PDEA 3 with control number 10004-012017-0576
conducted buy-bust operation against illegal drugs in Brgy Lawa, Obando,
Bulacan (Latitude 14.7079347 N, Longitude 120.9397829 E) which resulted in
the arrest of EDGAR HERRERA y BERNESE @ EGAY, 46 years old, widow,
jobless, native and presently residing at 31 Int. Hilerang Kawayan, Lawa,
Obando, Bulacan. The suspect was arrested after selling one (1) plastic sachet

containing substance suspected to be shabu later marked as CSCB in
exchange for three (3) pieces of one hundred peso bills with serial numbers
1744239, CQ308009 and FR370627 all with markings O beside the Central
Bank Logo to PO1 Celso S Caares who acted as a poseur buyer. During body
search, recovered from the suspect are: a) one (1) piece small sized leather coin
purse; b) three (3) pieces plastic sachet containing substances suspected as
shabu; and c) one color pink disposable lighter. The suspect and recovered
pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office

personnel of Makati City Police Station led by SP03 Pardias from Homicide
Division of Makati City Police and Muntinlupa City Police Office led by PCINSP
JUNE S REYES arrived at Santa Maria MPS to conduct joint follow up
investigation regarding the found decapitated female body. According to lead
investigator of Muntinlupa City Police Office identified as SP01 Roderick Bausa,

on January 19, 2017 security personnel of Ayala Alabang Village Association
(AAVA), S/G Edwarson Vale, informed the Muntinlupa City Police Office that
headless body wearing blue leggings and black sweatshirt found in Brgy. Caysio,
Sta. Maria, Bulacan was the same dress of a house helper brought at their
security office by a resident of the village identified as Ms. ALELI YAP on January
12, 2017. Accordingly, the said house helper identified as Richelle Sagang y
Retubale, 17 years old, single, native of Liloy Zamboanga, Del Norte was
requested to be banned from entering Ayala Alabang Village because of alleged
theft Ritchelle committed and subsequently terminated her service. S/G Edwarson
Vale advised complainant Ms. Yap that after the documentation and taking of
picture of the house helper, they (AAVA Security) should be the one to send out
from the village said person requested to be banned. However, Ms. Yap declined
the village procedure and insisted that she will be the one to send out her house
helper. Later, S/G Vale heard the news about the incident of female body found
headless matching the dress during AAVA Security investigation. Further
investigation on the father identified as Noel Sagang, disclosed that the picture
taken at AAVA Security Office was her daughter which is resembling that of the
recovered headless body in Sta. Maria, Bulacan. Ocular inspection by the father
to the headless body at the morgue of Superior Funeral Homes in Plaridel,
Bulacan resulted in the confirmation of the headless body as belonging to
Richelle Sagang. Makati City Police Office, Muntinlupa City Police Office, and
Santa Maria MPS is still conducting joint investigation to determine the motive of
the crime and to confirm the identity of the suspect/s. Any development will send

result to the tests for Methamphetamine Hydrochloride. Urine sample taken from
the suspect with Report no DT- 239-2017 gave POSITIVE result to the test for
