Position 1: Country Manager

Broad deliverables would be: *
1. Coordinate with Plant, Government/Non-
government authorities to support plant
operations and, with offices in Dubai and India
to ensure smooth business operations in
Tanzania,

2. Maintain regular communication between

different locations of the group

Required Abilities, Qualifications and

Experience
1. Influencing and getting support from
Government/ non-government agencies on a
day to day basis.

2. Being fully aware of changing laws and

policies of different government departments
that impact/can impact the business and
taking measures to be fully compliant with all
policies and laws
On time and in full
1. Manufacturing operations [experience in
mining and downstream processing business
will be an added advantage as also literacy in
Swahili language]

2. Project coordination and implementation

Position 2: Project Manager

Broad deliverables would be:

1. Be overall responsible for the execution and
completion of the project, that would include
but not limited to Civil, mechanical, electrical,
piping, Tailing Dam of the project in
processing plant, office, housing areas.

2. Will coordinate with different contractors

involved in the project delivery

3. Ensure safe execution of the project and its

timely completion

Required Abilities, Qualifications and

Experience

1.Experience in similar project execution is a

must
 2.Knowledge of Swahili will be an added
advantage

3. Responsible for communicating routine

progress and pinch points in the project
timeline on a regular basis and implement
suggestions to tweak implementation from
other parts of the business.

General requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in mining engineering, back
up with Tanzania laws and accounts
knowledge.

2.At least seven years working experience in the

mining sector.
