Introduction
The importance of effective leadership in a fast-paced industry demands that
everyone in the organization, regardless of rank, not only possess the ability
to perform their duties well, but also have the attitude, knowledge and skills
to lead others on a behavioral level. This means that you need to have
sufficient exposure to the intricacies of human psychology to effectively
communicate and connect with others at the workplace. This workshop
presents you with the opportunity to enhance your leadership skills using
NLP behavioral approaches for optimal effectiveness.
