Student

After the analysis it became clear that there are mixed opinions about meaning of demonetization as some
think it was a step to improve, blocking of terrorist activities & bring a transformation in nations
economy while some think it as an epic mismanaged move by the government. The benefit that was
recognized by the majority of students was that demonetization lead to the usage of digital transactions
and as a result, proper records of all the transactions will be maintained which inturn will lead to
reduction of black money in the economy. The trouble that most of the students faced was that due to
cash crunch they were unable to pay for the expenses. One of the major trouble identified was that a lot
of time & energy were wasted by standing in long queues, also many found it difficult to get change for
Rs.2000 notes so this trouble was also there. As per students opinion common people are supporting this
move because of a hope for better future, benefits in the long run, reduction in black money & a shift
towards digital transactions. The reason due to which this move is opposed is because of very poor
execution by the government, an unnecessary move & perception that no benefits in long run would be
there. As per the analysis it seems that political parties are supporting this cause for their own benefits
which would lead to winning upcoming elections. There is opposing of this move by political parties
because this would lead to reduction in their funding, this move was not properly executed etc. As per the
analysis of students data the one big change that demonetization will bring is growth in the digital
transactions. The analysis gives mixed opinion as to whether this move will lead to reduction in
corruption of political parties. As per the analysis majority thinks that congress is the most corrupt party
and the main reason is that many scams took place during their ruling period.

Housewife

As per the analysis demonetization was meant to be a move that would bring change in transactions
system, exchange of old notes for new ones, a poorly implemented move etc. The benefit recognized by
this class was that there would be reduction in the prices of certain commodities & there will be reduction
in corruption & black money. The troubles faced by many housewives was wastage of time due to cash
crunch in the economy, limited purchase irrespective of need, unavailability of cash in need. As per
housewives opinion common people are supporting this move because there will be reduction in interest
rates, reduction in corruption & black money etc. There is opposition of this move because of difficulties
faced by people to fulfil their needs & also cash not at hand when needed. The analysis makes it clear that
the political parties support this move to support their own political agenda while many political parties
are opposing this move for their political gains & also due to poor execution of this move. The one big
change that demonetization will bring is reduction in corruption & black money. The analysis gives
mixed opinion as to whether this move will lead to reduction in corruption of political parties. As per the
analysis majority thinks that congress is the most corrupt party and the main reason is that many of their
ministers are corrupt & involved in various scandals.
Retired Person

As per the analysis demonetization was meant to be a move that would increase troubles of people,
exchange of old notes for new ones, a poorly implemented move etc. The benefit recognized by some was
that there will be reduction in black money while some thought there was no benefit at all. The trouble
faced by many of them was the unavailability of cash during necessary time & also it was difficult for
them to adapt with digital mode of payment. There is a support by common people because there will be
control over black money & terrorism while there is opposition by common people because of the
unnecessary problems faced by them like they had to stand in queues for their own money. The analysis
gives an idea that political parties support this move for their own political advantage while opposition by
political parties is there because of lack of proper implementation of this move. The one big change that
demonetization would bring is the growth in digital transactions. As per opinion of retired person this
move will not lead to reduction in corruption of political parties. There is no clear cut answer as to which
political party is most corrupt many think that all political parties are same because none works for the
welfare of the nation.

Salaried Employee

According to the analysis done demonetization was meant to be a move that would be forward step
towards digital transactions, reduction in corruption & terrorist activities. As per the opinion of salaried
employees one benefit experienced due to demonetization is increase in digital transactions while troubles
faced are wasting time & efforts in queues to get our own hard-earned money. There is a support by
common people because there is a hope that this move would prosper benefits in the long run to the
economy & there will be reduction in corruption while this move is also opposed by common people as
there is very poor implementation & many feel that this move will not give expected results. The opinion
clears that only BJP is supporting this move as they want to bring a positive change in the nation while
there is opposition of this move because the ruling parties manner of implementation is very poor & also
there is doubt on their motive too. The one big change that demonetization would bring is the growth in
digital transactions. As per opinion of retired person this move will lead to reduction in corruption of
political parties. As per the analysis congress comes out as the most corrupt party the reason being that
most of corruption scams/scandals took place during their ruling period.
