operating & maintenance activities for the company. Developed custom production equipment, supported R&D efforts, initiated
R&D projects to meet mile stones.

Contract Director of Advanced Production Technologies: Successfully completed ramping up off shore & local
projects of Mass Production & Automated plants in Asia, building the Car battery production line (US). Leading Lithium-Ion Battery
components design & R&D projects, inventing new machines to increase throughput by 67%.
Selected by senior management to resolve critical products issues, redesigned components to adopt them for lower cost mass production
while increasing safety & high performance features of the products.

Successfully Directed the Technical aspects of Mass production of the companys production operations which incorporates equipment
value of more than $300 Million USD in Three different locations (USA, China & Taiwan).
Selected by senior management to lead a successful crash program project of automated X-Ray inspection machinery from a UK
company which was needed to be operational from conception to completion in 6 weeks ($150K USD).
Came up with an improved Li-Ion battery components design, which resolved the safety & inconsistent performance issues of the product,
this design is the cheapest option yet found in the industry, due to this improvement the company can sell now the product for the most
demanding applications of the US Army, US Navy, Space, & automotive applications.
Came up with innovative machines design in which 2 machines were able to do the work of 3 machines, this design saved more than
$400.000 USD in one project only.
