Vendors products cannot conflict with BASS sponsor products. Provide specific items to be sold:

*Vendors are responsible for providing ice, tents, tables and additional supplies needed for vending.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own electrical service (cords, connectors, generators) and
mechanical feeds (hoses, connectors, etc.) The PRVWSD will assist vendors with electrical and
mechanical service connections, but cannot guarantee availability.

$250 registration fee for vending food and non-alcoholic beverages privileges
$100 registration fee for vending crafts or exhibition/booth space of 10x10
$150 registration fee for vending crafts or exhibition/booth space over 10x10 up to 20x20
$250 registration fee for vending crafts or exhibition/booth space over 20x20

MANDITORY: Vendors meeting will be scheduled prior to event to review parks event layout, vendor
